Luggage can be stored with us **from 9:00 AM on the day of arrival**, when the reception opens. Guests are also welcome to **leave their luggage with us after check-out for as long as needed**. This service is **provided free of charge**.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the constant noise. Every night and early morning there were loud parties, people shouting in the hallways, doors being slammed and knocked on, making it almost impossible to sleep. We even have proof of these disturbances. In addition, there was construction work, including loud drilling starting around 7:00 AM.

The room itself was much smaller than expected and had no source of fresh air—not a single window. The sound insulation is practically nonexistent, so you can hear everything happening inside the building.

We also noticed many unknown people coming and going throughout the building who did not appear to be overnight guests, which made us feel uncomfortable. The reception is only open for a few hours in the morning, so there was no one available to report these issues when they occurred, especially during the night.

Basic amenities were also lacking, such as room slippers.

The location is decent, and the room was reasonably clean, but these positives were completely outweighed by the lack of sleep, excessive noise, and poor overall comfort. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet or relaxing stay.

Would encourage people to stay here but don’t have heavy luggage if your on top floor.

Cons:

Sometimes the loft roof was restricting. The lift does not go to the 5th floor…quite a surprise.

Velmi dobrá volba pro pobyt v Praze, nedaleko od MHD a nebo pěší dostupnosti hlavních památek, restaurací a obchodů.

Great, clean, good location stay
