Important information:

There is no extra fee for late check-ins; guests can check in anytime after 15:00.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor, and the elevator can only be used to reach the 4th floor. The 5th floor is only accessible by stairs.

Luggage can be stored with us **from 9:00 AM on the day of arrival**, when the reception opens. Guests are also welcome to **leave their luggage with us after check-out for as long as needed**. This service is **provided free of charge**.

Sarebbe andato meglio con più correttezza e più attenzione.
Pros:

La posizione era buona , gli spazi confortevoli . C’é un letto matrimoniale e uno piccolo in un ambiente collegato senza porte allo spazio divano e cucina . Divano letto matrimoniale.

Cons:

La sera dell ‘ arrivo non c era l acqua calda 😡. Non c erano lenzuola per secondo letto .
Per arrivare a questo appuntamento c è una rampa di scale dal secondo piano al terzo dove c è l appartamento. Non viene detto . Insomma non sono stati perfettamente accoglienti e chiari .

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la plaza Wenceslao, del museo nacional y a un paseo de 5 minutos a la ciudad vieja

Pros:

Big bedroom with 2 queen size beds.
Kitchen has needful.
Elevator for 4th floor.
Good and clear communication with owners

Cons:

Appartment doesn't have air-conditioning(which was my mistake not to notice) and in hot Prague days it is problematic.
Especially no air in the living room.
Street is noicy and has l on going construction which woke us up at 6am.
Also some facilities (e.g toilet sitting place is not adjusted).

Nice place for a short period.
Pros:

Nice place for a day or two. I liked the facilities. Furniture was new and I had all I would need. So for a solo traveller it is a nice central place for a few days.

Cons:

No window, and my room was next to the elevator so I could easily hear people coming and going, and since there was only just a small window opening to the corridor, I could hear even people talking.

Expérience très décevante à Krakovka résidence. Chambre minuscule, très bruyante et sans véritable ouverture sur l’extérieur. Impression d’enfermement permanente. Confort insuffisant et mauvaise insonorisation. Je déconseille

It’s very clean

Cons:

We were 3 and they prepared 1 bed and a sofa bed instead of 2 beds. I booked this place because we did not want to sleep in a sofa bed.

Pros:

The place is perfect. Attentive staff, check-in and check-out organised. The flat? Nothing cleaner and cozy in my life. I totally recommend this place!

Ubicación, saliendo del edificio doblando a la izquierda en una cuadra llegas a la zona de comercio que te lleva a la Plaza Vieja. Todo limpio, comodo. Pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje sin costo, recepcionista muy amable
