Toller Aufenthalt mit riesigem Frühstück .
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Riesige Frühstücksauswahl. Zimmerausstattung.

Cons:

Durch die Einfachverglasung hört man den Straßenverkehr im 21. Stock. Die Sauberkeit des Bades entspricht nicht dem europäischen Standard, ist jedoch trotzdem akzeptabel .

Clean and the room is big and comfy.

Cons:

Room still not ready after chk in time. No sound proof. Can hear the street noise although at high level .Effected my bed time. One of the room had no house keeping for 3 days.

A great hotel! We would stay again!
Pros:

The hotel facilities were very clean, breakfast was wonderful-Lots of options, staff are very helpful & spa facilities were super, especially as I wanted it ladies-only & they made that possible.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the very first moment. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely view.

The service was excellent and fast, and the hotel truly pays attention to every little detail to ensure guests have a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The location is also perfect and close to many important places and attractions.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
