Pros:

We loved the whole experience! The comfort and room size was great. The breakfast options were plenty with even some dairy free items. The restaurant staff also was delicious and the staff worked with our food intolerances. All the staff we interacted with were very pleasant, engaging, thoughtful and kind. Definitely want to come back!

A lovely hotel in a remarkable building
Pros:

It’s an amazing building and has a great decor in the communal areas. Very relaxing. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our shower was little bit temperamental at first but then worked fine. Room overlooked busy road but shutters were good soundproofing.

Hyper tranquille
Pros:

La jeune femme à l’accueil était vraiment très sympa. Elle ressemblait beaucoup à une actrice, mais j’ai complètement oublié son nom 😂 Bref, j’ai essayé de communiquer avec elle en français, et elle a été très patiente avec moi. Elle a pris le temps de parler plus lentement pour que je puisse bien comprendre, et je n’ai jamais eu l’impression qu’elle était impatiente ou agacée. 👍

Pros:

We were greeted very warmly by the receptionist on arrival and most of the staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was outstanding! We loved the big windows, big bed, bath and amenities in the room (The unique kettle was fantastic!). The decore throughout the hotel was stunning! Breakfast was outstanding. The spa was also excellent.

Cons:

The Barman was a little cold with us when we tried to order something to eat on our first night after a very long drive just before last orders.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude, tolles individuell gestaltetes Zimmer mit Balkon über dem tropischen Innenhof. Schöne Dachterasse mit Bar. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Öffentliches Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss in einer Viertelstunde gut zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle gibt es ebenfalls vor dem Haus.
