Tolles Hotel und zentrale Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, sehr zentral in Marseille gelegen. Super freundliches Personal, dass einem stets zur Stelle ist. Die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist optimal, an der Tram ist man in 5 Gehminuten und von dort in knapp 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Außerdem hat man aus den höheren Etagen einen schönen Blick über Marseille und sogar zum Hafen

Cons:

Der Hinweis aufs Parken sollte vielleicht bei der Buchung mit gegeben werden, dass es sich um ein Parkhaus handelt, für welches man einen Schlüssel vom Hotel benötigt. Denn dieses ist mit einen Tor verschlossen und schlecht ersichtlich, dass es zum B&B gehört.

Cette fois ci pas grand chose .l'emplacement est mieux que celui de Lyon. Et la gentillesse de la jeune fille qui nous à accueilli

Cons:

L'odeur dans l'établissement la propreté n'était pas la.
Chambre humide humidité salle de bain pas de papier WC !! Pas top l'hygiène

Ich bin eine langjährige Kundin von B&B Hotels, weil ich der Marke aufgrund ihres guten Rufs und ihrer Qualitätsstandards immer vertraut habe. Sowohl in Europa als auch in Marokko habe ich bereits mehrfach in B&B Hotels übernachtet und war stets mit der Sauberkeit, der Qualität der Betten und dem Service sehr zufrieden.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt dieses Mal eine große Enttäuschung. Dieses Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise dem Standard, den ich von einer internationalen Marke wie B&B Hotels erwarte. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, der Boden war schmutzig, das Badezimmer war alt und renovierungsbedürftig, die Wände waren verschmutzt und das Bett hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Meiner Meinung nach stehen weder der Preis noch der Zustand des Hotels im Verhältnis zum Qualitätsanspruch von B&B Hotels.

Der einzige wirklich positive Punkt war das Personal. Der marokkanische Mitarbeiter, der ägyptische Mitarbeiter und die tunesische Mitarbeiterin waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Sie haben ihr Bestes getan, um meinen Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten – insbesondere, weil ich schwanger bin und Ruhe gebraucht habe. Für ihre Freundlichkeit und ihren Einsatz möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken.

Ohne dieses engagierte Personal hätte ich keine positiven Eindrücke von diesem Hotel mitgenommen. Ich hoffe daher, dass B&B Hotels den Zustand dieses Hauses überprüft und in eine umfassende Renovierung sowie eine deutlich bessere Reinigung investiert. Es wäre schade, wenn die Qualität eines einzelnen Hotels dem guten Ruf und der internationalen Glaubwürdigkeit der Marke B&B Hotels schaden würde.

Un super accueil , plein d humour qui fait qu on se sent bien tout de suite .
Bien situé et parking sur réservation qui permet de ne pas avoir à se préoccuper de trouver une place de stationnement.
