El desayuno pudo ser un poco más generoso y variado, aunque tenía muy buen servicio y sabor., por el precio que se pagó pudo tener más opciones.

Cons:

Podría estar mejor insonorizado y tiene algunos problemas de desagüe en la ducha.

I would recommend this Hotel for the amazing service from staff and perfect location
Pros:

The Staff and service was exceptional. The attention to detail with the kind gifts on arrival and the complimentary snacks, mezcal and danishes was a standout

Cons:

The music from the bar downstairs was a little loud but everything else with the stay and service made up for the noise at night

We enjoyed this property and would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was great, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, 24-hour staffing was appreciated, and the property was located in a great location.

Cons:

We had one glitch out of the gate, when after arriving and unpacking, we discovered when we were heading out for dinner that the door of our room would not lock. About a 1.5-hour delay ensued in trying to rectify the problem. Ultimately, they placed us in a different (lesser) room that first night, which entailed repacking and unpacking again. The next day they fixed the lock on our room and we moved once again. The situation was unfortunate and stressful, but the staff was great and when we finally settled in for good to our proper room, everything was ideal.

Great location in a modern, beautiful hotel!
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel, really thoughtfully designed rooms, the staff is very friendly, and the location is great, I would stay here again!

Cons:

I wish we had known the sauna and good plunge was a separate charge, and $80 per person at that. A big draw was the sauna but it was disappointing to realize that it was not already included with our stay.
