I want to come back!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The pool was great after a busy day sightseeing. We walked everywhere and used the local bus which was easy to use.

Just stay here!!
Pros:

Everything, the hotel is very clean, the location is very intelligent, you can have caldera + sunset view and be just 5 mins walking from Fira.
Everyone was soo polite and gave us such a careful treatment, Eva’s attention, attitude really stood out. She was amazing; with a lot of tips, helping us to rent a car. There is a very nice pool

Pros:

The place is new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overlooking the caldera so it gave us a view of the sunset from our veranda.

The cold air from the AC is not reaching the 2nd level.

Excellent stay in Fira
Pros:

The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and the hotel location was excellent and very close to the center and the bus station. It's a perfect hotel, with excellent staff! I would definitely stay there again!

The room and balcony was clean and comfortable.
The hosts were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is a very short walk outside of the busy area, which is a blessing.

Semplicemente perfetto
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima per chi vuole avere un po’ di tranquillità ma la possibilità di raggiungere il centro di Fira a piedi in pochi minuti. Le camere sono come mostrate in foto. La pulizia ottima. La zona piscina bene attrezzata con la possibilità di avere gli asciugamani inclusa. La colazione anche se piccola, ben rifornita e buona.
Tutto il personale cordiale gentile e preciso, in particolare Eva (receptionist) di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili, che a un consiglio e suggerimento per ogni cosa che decidi di fare. A noi ha aiutato a organizzare un tour del l’isola, noleggiare il motorino, organizzare la gita in catamarano e tutti i ristoranti che ci ha suggerito erano eccellenti.
Se capiterà l’occasione tornerei volentieri qua.
