Pros:

リノベーションされたばかりで、設備が新しく、綺麗だった。

Cons:

エレベーターが狭く、エレベーターの前に階段があるので、荷物が多いと少し不便。
部屋は禁煙だったが、1回のレストランの従業員が喫煙していて、煙草の臭いがして不快だったのと、火事などが心配だった。

Au 1 er étage donne sur la rue au dessus de la porte d entrée, pas de crainte, il est très bien insonorisé, très peu de bruit !
Très beaux matériaux, douche cuisine climatisation et rideaux occultants au top.
2 belles chambres et bonnes literie
Serviettes de qualité
On reviendra !

L'emplacement idéal et proche des transports publics. Les instructions d'arrivée autonome sont très claires.

Cons:

Appartement difficile d'accès, sous les comble et relativement étroit. Nous avons réservé pour 4 personnes mais il manquait 2 serviettes et nous avons dû installer le canapé-lit nous-mêmes. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas bon

NOTHING.
The hosts were very responsive to our disappointment with our room and offered us a room in their adjoining hotel - Quartier Libre Opera - for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. We gladly paid a €300 upcharge.

Cons:

We don't know how the other apartments compare, but the STANDARD apartment we booked was awful. The instructions we received upon arrival were to take the elevator to the 5th floor and then the staircase directly in front of the elevator to the 6th floor. The 6th floor was only one room 601 and it was literally an attic made into an apartment. I am 5'3" and I could reach up and touch the living room ceiling. The online pictures are deceiving making it look like a bright and airy space with skylights when it is actually a bunch of chopped up space with sloping ceilings and uneven floors that smell like, an attic!

Great Experience!
Pros:

The apartment was excellent in terms of size, cleanliness, and comfort. It would be wrong not to mention the location, it was simply fantastic. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Siryne, who was in charge of breakfast and Salwa at the reception for their friendly attitude and constant support when needed. We were so pleased with our stay that we've booked again for June.

I would never ever stay again even if they offered free nights

The personal is extremely nice, the place is close to some attractions, the apartment is clean and most what is needed can be found in the apartment

Cons:

The management is extremely unhelpful, they seek money for unreasonable things (like towel replacement?), and the management did not really care when we were in need of help with our kid, they only care if they can get extra extra cash
