Pros:

有明アリーナのイベント時、2回目の宿泊です。東京駅から都バスで乗り換えなく行けるので、暑い中歩かなくて良くてとても楽でした。
私の不注意でドライヤーのコードの穴に、携帯の充電器の先を落としてしまい、すぐには取れないとの事で、変わりの物を持って来てくださいました。ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのに、にこやかに対応してくださって、本当に助かりました。
ご迷惑でなければ、また宿泊したいと思いました。

Sehr gute Lage, ein wirklich sehr umfangreiches (gerade im Vergleich zu den Hotels danach) Frühstück mit allerdings wenig Abwechslung. Aber dafür umfangreich und vielen guten Getränken.

また泊まりたい。
Pros:

コミケ参加の為に宿泊しましたが、駐車場を安く提供してくださり大変助かりました。
朝食バイキングも大満足です。

Cons:

近くにコンビニがあるが、ホテル内でもう少し何かしら売っていると嬉しい。(カップ麺等)

安い割りには期待以上のホテルです
