Not worth the price, cant even use the whirlpool unless you want to get sick from the mildew/mold.
Pros:

Location: Hotel is right off the beach. Plenty of restaurants at a reasonable walking distance.
Staff: Helpful, opened the overflow parking lot for us as there was no more parking in the lot right from the door.

Cons:

Hotel is old, not very well maintained. Lots of mold and mildew left in the shower and whirlpool tub. Floor is tile and feels wet and slipper when running the AC in the room. Bed is uncomfortable and our shower room's toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread. Elevator shakes a lot. The balcony rail was loose on one side, we were on the 9th floor, if anyone where to stumble on it they will most likely fall and break their neck. The inside of the hotel is cramped and condensed in the hallways so you are shoulder to shoulder with other guests if you are coming and going at the same time. Parking is a pain, their overflow lot is closed (reasonable) BUT if the receptionist is busy, either they cant open it for you and you find other parking or you wait on them (depending on how busy their check - in is at the time).

Cons:

people in attached room cooked fish and smell made room almost unbearable. People on balconies smoked pot constantly so we could not open door. Hotel said they would move us but never followed through. All the sheets had blood stains

I would pay a little more and get a nicer hotel.
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the overall location. It has very easy beach access. I guess the fact that I could get connecting rooms was ok too.

Cons:

We were not told about any breakfast options. The rooms were old and out dated. The toilet seat was not attached in one of the rooms. Additionally the staff on the day of our checkout was rude and unattentively. Parking is terrible and half of the parking garage was full of junk and was not even open.

I booked this hotel for Mother’s Day expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned into a complete nightmare. The hotel listed rooms on Booking.com that apparently don’t even exist at their property. I drove all the way to Virginia Beach before being told my reserved room was not available.

What makes this even worse is that they waited until I arrived to tell me instead of notifying me beforehand. After ruining my plans, they also refused to refund my money. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

False advertising rooms you cannot provide and then keeping customers’ money is terrible business practice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re booking for an important occasion or traveling from out of town. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.
