Staff/ Reception were wonderful and helpful! Room were for Tokyo Standard spacious and thoughtfully arranged. Location war super! Definitely would stay here again
Sometimes it was very loud since it's on street side but we didn't mind.
No windows
Style, Personal
Im ersten Stock hört man die Straße recht laut
Loved that it had everything we needed - like a tiny home.
Close to Kuramae station which was great
7-11 across the road
Pleasant helpful staff
It is on a busy noisy road hotel provide earplugs
Pillows were a challenge for us
2 chairs for sitting in the kitchen area would have been helpful
Architectural beauty, space, exceptional (10/10) customer service, quality bedding and linens, in-suite washer/dryer, quality toiletries and hair dryer
Front side is noisier than expected.
Property was very close to a station (3min walk) and the style was great.
The hotel rooms don’t use digital passkey cards but numerical codes to enter into the door. These codes don’t actually change and poses a security issue.
We were lucky and everything was okay but it just doesn’t seem like the safest and most secure options Numerical codes could still be used but they should be changed for each stay in that room.
The location was nice and walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and markets. The staff were friendly. The front desk does not have someone at it often, but when they are present, they are helpful and pleasant. I loved the bath. It was a nice size. The building itself is cute. Reminds me of Stuart Little's house in New York City (in the movie obviously). :)
This was the smallest place we stayed during our trip. It was extremely cozy for us. The stairs to the upper level were a little hard to maneuver after a long day of exploring the city. They were very narrow. Tiny little stairwell. Also did a load of laundry and the unvented washer/dryer combo took about 4 hours and still didn't dry our 4 items of clothing, so we hung them up around the room to dry.
This hotel is in a quieter part of Tokyo. After staying in Shibuya (more activity) this was a nice way to end our trip. Very close to the train station and in walking distance to some nice attractions. There was a room that could be divided off with a door which was nice for our family. The staff were very accommodating with holding luggage before and after check in, which was a huge benefit.
The only issue was that the night time noise (for sleeping) is a bit loud. It wasn't terrible, but just something to be aware of. Our room was on the street side. If there are options to be toward the back of the hotel, that would likely be better for sleeping ease.
Spacious apartment with nice amenities. We only stayed for one night as a last minute plan, but would have definitely stayed longer.
Didnt seem to have actual windows, as they were covered with the "blurry" sticker to make it not see through.
The place looks super new, but there were tiny details like wallpaper unsticking in the corners and so that could get more attention.
Kleine maar nette en mooie kamer. Heerlijke douche. Redelijk centraal, tussen twee metro stations in.
Eigenlijk niets.
Very convenient and spacious place to stay. It's more of an apartment than a hotel.
Washing facilities good
Coffee provided in room
Spacious, clean, comfortable
No view out of the windows
