Comfortable, very friendly customer service and good location.
Pros:

We liked the bakery on the ground floor, the spacious room, located an 8min walk from the train station which connects you to the rest of Tokyo and efficient cleaning and customer service.

Cons:

The room was quite dark as there is another building adjacent to the window of the room. We had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

Just Wonderful
Pros:

Stayed for 20 days. Just Wonderful. Has a quaint personal feel. All staff are exceptional. Attentive and responsive. The Ordy Cafe on the first floor was a perfect start to everyday. The food and service is excellent.

Cons:

All the rooms have a basic seat with their tables but wish it was an office chair for those rainy days when you happen to be online most of the time.

Really lovely hotel in a gentle neighbourhood
Pros:

Hotel Vintage was a really lovely hotel, definitely where I will choose to stay the next time in Tokyo. The area is gentle, a far cry from the busy centre of Tokyo, but just a short subway ride away. The staff were lovely, the room was large and very comfortable. I was concerned about the bathroom area - the photos aren’t clear - the room we stayed in (suite) had a bath/shower wet room space, a separate sink and a separate wc. Lovely to have windows that open and a room on the corner of the building also.

Cons:

The room is cleaned every 3 days, or it’s supposed to be, so this is more an apartment with a front desk and coffee shop downstairs than a fully fledged hotel. Also, the lighting in bathroom wasn’t so good. A lit bathroom mirror would help.

Pros:

先月に続き2度目の利用です。
ライブに行くのに家族と一緒に利用しました。
3人の宿泊でベッドが2台しか有りませんでしたが､キングサイズだったため何とか大丈夫でした。
ソファも大きく､部屋自体が大きいため快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

翌朝のカフェでの朝食を予約していましたが､パンとコーヒー等は直ぐ来ましたが､サラダとスープが忘れられており催促してやっと来ました。スープは前日に予約したトマトポタージュが完売とのことで､連絡はどうなっているのだろう？と…そこがすごく残念でした。
