Absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ganz herzlichen Dank den äußerst sympathischen, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden! Sie sind extrem zuvorkommend, geben Tipps, sind interessiert und geben stets das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.
Das Zimmer war freundlich, hell und zweckmäßig gestaltet und super sauber.
Die Lage, nahe dem Omonia-Platz bietet eine gute Anbindung und auch zu Fuss sind viele schöne Plätze gut erreichbar.
Ich habe Negatives zum Viertel gelesen wegen Belästigungen durch drogenabhängige Obdachlose. Auch spätnachts alleine als Frau unterwegs fühlte ich mich nie belästigt.

Cons:

Wenn mir etwas negatives aufgefallen wäre, hätte ich es mitgeteilt und bin sicher, soweit machbar, wäre es behoben worden.

Pros:

Seems to be a new built hotel, free waterbottles, soap and care products.
Friendly staff.
Old-town Athens / Akropolis in walking distance.

Cons:

Shady neighborhood, lots of homeless people and junkies. Even the taxidriver warned us from this area.
Loud main street around the corner, thin walls.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Really easy check in and check out, it has everything you need, good location and is nice and clean. Well air conditioned, friendly helpful staff.

Great stay in Athens!
Pros:

Friendly staff, very clean room and hotel. The bed was super comfortable, with a good bathroom and AC! The entrance to the hotel is secure. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is close to the Metro and easy to go to various sites, markets, etc.

A fantastic new boutique hotel in a perfectly central, walkable location.
Pros:

The hotel itself is amazing, brand new, and very centrally located close to everything. The rooms and showers were spotlessly clean, giving off a fancy boutique hotel vibe. It's surrounded by great cafes, shopping centers, and major stores like Zara. While some people might find the area a bit too busy because it's so central, I found it incredibly comfortable and perfectly walkable.

Pros:

Very new contemporary interior- every need has been considered. Good quality toiletries and the staff we so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Free water and fruit available as no restaurant but plenty of bakeries in the area. Central location.

Cons:

No view from the window as had a courtyard facing room.

Glorious Greece
Pros:

I was greeted warmly when I arrived at Evia Hotel, the hotel was clean and spacious as expected with a new hotel. The room was large, comfortable with one of the best showers I have ever used, more than adequate space for storing clothing etc with the large wardrobes. There was a lift for the main hotel. It was my birthday during my stay and after seeing this on my passport on check in they provided me a lovely hand made ice cream cake on the day and sang happy birthday to me which was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

The aircon was a bit hit and miss on the first day which meant the room was extremely hot on the first night. However whatever the glitch was seemed to have rectified itself the next day and worked perfectly the rest of my stay. Also no breakfast at the hotel wasn't to my liking but I was prewarned of this and found plenty of places to eat and get coffee.

Pros:

O atendimento é excelente, especialmente o da Alexandra. A localização é muito boa, a 2 minutos de caminhada da estação de metro que tem as linhas 1 e 2.
