The best hotel in Taksim I've ever stayed in!
Pros:

Нам очень понравилось. Номер брали на двоих на 5 ночей. Главное, что было где поспать, но даже для такого это хороший отель. Было чисто, хороший душ, не противный, там было хорошо мыться, даже в баночках был гель для душа. По поводу шампуня и бальзама не понятно, может тоже был, мы не разобрались, свой брали. Постельное чистое, меняли два раза. Из плюсов ещё, что расположен в центре практически, было просто добираться до любого транспорта.
Один мужчина на ресепшене даже на русском говорил.

Cons:

Из минусов только, что окно выходило на пожарную лестницу и нельзя вроде бы было гостей приглашать (но это не критично).
А так всё замечательно!!!!!!!

BED BUGS, AVOID!!
Pros:

Nothing, the manager threatened and cussed me out when I asked to be refunded for finding bed bugs in my room.

Cons:

THERE ARE BED BUGS AT THIS HOTEL. I have bites all over my body and I have photo proof of it, when they were confronted they denied the allegations and refused refund. I had to find another hotel at 3 am in the morning and toss 75% of my clothes and dry cleaned the rest, almost spent as much money as I spent for this hotel because of this. They were very rude and threatened me with police at some point as I had guests over, which they had absolutely no problem until this incident at all. The room was falling apart at first they had to fix the toilet the bathroom faucet and the shower head as well as I requested it. Overall, absolutely menacing experience, now they are begging me to not share this experience with people and offering me a laughable amount of money as if it reverses staying in a room that is infested for almost 5 nights until they crawled in my face. This place is definitely not up to regulations at all. Especially for the tourists out there considering, absolutely avoid it, I couldn’t even find a solution to this problem as a local at all.
