Pros:

Had a nice stay at the hotel, super comfy and modern. Loved the clean room and the bathroom was the best, such a great design. Awesome location in the marina, close to restaurants and good for walks. I'll definitely be back to this hotel.

Very disappointing stay, the hotel felt outdated, did not feel like a true 5-star property

Unfortunately, this hotel did not feel like a 5-star property at all. From the moment I arrived, the overall experience felt outdated and disappointing, more like a 3.5-star hotel than the standard advertised.

The rooms, corridors, and general atmosphere felt tired and in need of refurbishment. My floor was supposed to be non-smoking, but I could clearly smell cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, nothing about the hotel gave me the feeling of a true 5-star experience.

It was so disappointing that after only around three hours, I decided to leave and book another 5-star hotel in Dubai, which immediately felt much more aligned with the level of quality, comfort, and service I expected. Sadly, this meant I wasted the money I had paid for Stella Di Mare.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a genuine 5-star stay in Dubai Marina.

An average stay, property is more like belew 4 star

Furniture: chairs in room and sofas at reception are jolting
Bidet: need Hercules power to operate
Wifi: working intermittently
AC/Light control panel: only option in Russian no other language, have to use signs. Not working properly, increase and decrease buttons are operating at their own will
Breakfast: average, too crowded should activate both sides for buffet
Poolside: amenities are all very old and not clean

Never booking here again.
Pros:

The location and late check out.

Cons:

The service was horrendous. Especially when i’m paying that amount of a “5 star” hotel. I requested the bell boy 3 times and he never showed up, 45 minutes later I took my own luggage down stairs and waited for another 35 minutes for the valet to bring my car. After that no one was available to take my luggage to the car so I had to do two trips to take my luggage to the car. Horrible service and I missed out on my reservation because of this delay.
