Beautiful location right near the marina, excellent facilities, super clean. Very gracious a lady at the front desk, I think it was Patricia, was super helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Umístění hotelu jen pár minut od Mariny a cca 10 minut k metru. Pokoj byl velký, ale působil prázdně. Velmi pohodlná postel, sice pouze se společnou dekou. V našem termínu byly pokoje za příznivou cenu a zdarma pozdní checkout. Každý den doplněná voda, úklid na požádání.

Cons:

Hotel nepůsobí na pět hvězdiček. Na pokoji chybí větší zrcadlo kromě toho v koupelně. Snídaně měla sice celkem širokou nabídku, ale doplňování jídel vázlo. Polovina místnosti na snídani se rychle zaplní, obsluha u vstupu nám nedovolila jít do druhé poloviny, která byla prázdná. Ale u dalších lidí za námi to najednou nevadilo. Den před odjezdem jsme zjistili večer po příchodu na hotel, že úklid nechal dveře našeho pokoje otevřený dokořán a několik hodin byl volný průchod k našim osobním věcem pro kohokoliv. Bylo řešeno s recepcí, nicméně je to neakceptovatelné, nikde jinde se nám to nestalo. Současně nám úklid nechal na pokoji ručníky pouze pro jednu osobu, přitom jsme dva. Bohužel na pět hvězdiček je to opravdu málo.

Pros:

Danielle from Reception stands out the most! Very helpful 😊 Thsering as well for helping us retrieve the charger that we forgot in the room. Overall we are very happy with the hotel staff 😊😊😊

Cons:

I have requested for dental kit and took almost 2hours to received. And needed to do a follow up. You can also hear the noise from the other room. Suggestion: increase the breakfast selection.

Pros:

Decent sized room with spacious toilet.
Good variety of foods for dinner and excellent choice for breakfast.

Cons:

Additional main meal veg options is recommended. Lack of mirror in the room as mirror is only available in the toilet.
