To far out of Cavtat to bars and restaurants, they need to have a transfer to Cavtat either boat or car
Pros:

It was a little out from Cavtat, and when we ask if we could get a hotel transfer they said they was busy

Loved it.
Pros:

Loved everything about it it the staff, peaceful atmosphere,cleanliness,architecture.

Cons:

It’s lack of access to go for a swim in the sea, it was noted and it’s something the property hope to address in the future. There is a courtesy boat to a private island for a swim, but sometimes you just want to jump into the sea.

Sehr gute Lage mit sehr schönen Meerblick. Man könnte die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, frisch.
Bis Zentrum 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Beautiful hotel with amazing sunsets views.
Pros:

Stunning hotel with the best Vista for sunsets and for the Cavtat area. Calm and serene atmosphere. Infinity pool set back and away from noise of family hotel close by. Staff were all very helpful- from reception, pool bar, breakfast team and the cleaning teams. We had a 3 bedroom all en-suite room with lots of room so you were happy to spend time in room if anyone wanted to. Excellent. Loved it

Cons:

Minor comments - could slightly improve the fruit selection and the refill of it at breakfast. Prices for drinks at pool bsr were slightly higher but I guess that keeps it as exclusive as it is.

קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לים וזה היה מדהים.
המלון נותן גישה לאי קטן שבו בילינו יום שלם בשלווה מוחלטת.
2 חופים ליד המלון במרחק של 2 דקות הליכה.
מרכז העיירה נמצא במרחק 20 דקות הליכה נעימה לאורך הטיילת.
ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומצויינת.
הרגשנו מאד רצויים.

Etablissement haut de gamme, à l'écart de l'agitation touristique
Pros:

Maroje (de l'accueil) est particulièrement serviable, de bon conseil, et fort sympathique. Ce n'est pas le cas de tout le monde à l'hôtel Vallum, mais la présence de Maroje compense largement.
L'hôtel Vallum est un établissement très propre (pour ainsi dire neuf), à l'esthétique luxueuse et soignée, sans être pour autant "tape à l'œil". L'insonorisation de notre logement était presque parfaite.
Rien ne manque, à part peut-être un restaurant pour les déjeuners et diners (Il n'y en a que pour le petit déjeuner).
Mais surtout, c'est un lieu extraordinairement calme, situé suffisamment loin des animations bruyantes, tout en étant à seulement 15 minutes à pieds de l'hypercentre.
Deux plages discrètes et peu fréquentées se trouvent à proximité. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité (et de l'eau claire), un petit paradis vous attend là.

Cons:

Pas grand chose à reprocher :
- Peut-être le tarif élevé… Mais enfin, on n'a rien sans rien.
- Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel, mais surtout, l'équipe a besoin de trouver son rythme pour offrir un service moins approximatif dès qu'il y a un tout petit peu de monde dans la salle.
- J'ai demandé à l'hôtel de gérer mes transferts, mais ce fut une erreur. J'aurais fait tout aussi bien (et pour bien moins cher) en gérant ces opérations par moi-même avec Bolt ou Uber. Pour le retour à l'aéroport, le chauffeur s'est présenté avec 1/4 d'heure de retard sans explications ni excuses.
- Je n'ai pas été personnellement impacté par ce problème, mais j'ai vu plusieurs fois des personnes circuler sur des terrasses de chambres louées, pensant qu'il s'agissait de zones de circulations "libres". Il y a ici un manque flagrant de signalisation qui doit provoquer des situations pour le moins gênantes. Problème à mettre sur le compte de la jeunesse de l'établissement, et qui devrait pouvoir se solutionner après quelques réglages...
