It was wonderful villa .. and the staff were helpful and friendly

The pool was great .. the villa was spacious.. location is great

The water flow in all the bathrooms was very low I couldn't take a proper shower..

المكان والمسبح الخاص لا يوجد بهم خصوصيه، الموظفين مزعجين في الإتصال على اتفه الإسباب

في المرات السابقه كان المكان نظيف والمرافق نظيفه والتعامل ممتاز، ولكن في هذه المره لم يكن كذلك ،

Cons:

- الموظفين ازعجونا في كثرة الإتصال وطرق الباب في جميع الأوقات بحجة ان الاطفال يعملون ازعاج في المسبح وان الجيران يشتكون من الإزعاج، مع العلم بأنه المكان يعتبر شاليه ويحق للأطفال السباحه واللعب كونه مسبح خاص ولا يحق للجيران القاطنين بالجوار ان يقومون بالشكوى، المكان ليس للراحه بل هي شاليهات ملاصقه لبعضها البعض والضوضاء لابد منها، في حال الرغبه في حجز الشاليه للإسرخاء انصحكم بعدم حجز الشاليه والحجز في فندق اما هذا الشاليه فهو للمتعه ولا يكون هادئ بالعاده كونه لا يمكن السيطره على الأطفال في المسبح الخاص، لأنهم اطفال ولا يجب علينا تقييدهم او منعهم من اللعب فالمكان بطبيعته لا يتميز بالهدوء ولا الخصوصيه، المسبح لا توجد به خصوصيه وهو مكشوف لجميع الجيران

Pros:

We just came back, we stayed for 3 nights my daughter and husband liked the place so much the pool was clean the place was comfortable and easy to use and also the staff were so friendly and fast everytime I had a complain they reply fast and make it better I really enjoyed the place and will definitely come back!!!!

Cons:

Unfortunately the service changed from my previous stays. Rooms were not clean I found unclean spots. The AC was not cooling the rooms. They send maintanance but it didn’t help AC in the bedrooms were not cooling at all looks very old. The washing machine was not working. I checked out 1 day earlier. Very unfortunate these villas were my get away for family stay but this time the services has completely changed from my previous stays. It’s not the same anymore.

The pool it was cool

Cons:

The rooms it was soooo bad it was not clean and too dirty also the The air conditioning was too hot. The room was very dirty and not properly cleaned. There were no hotel slippers, no trash bag, no toothbrushes, and the bed smelled awful. Sleeping there was very difficult. Please check again, clean the place regularly, change the sheets, and review the service, which was very poor!!!!!!

لا شي قبل ممتاز الآن صفر كل شي

خدمه و أشياء ناقصه في مكان و نظافه لا يوجد ماء مارات ينقطع صابون يد لى استحمام و أنبوب صغير شامبو و جدران متشقق مكان و ثلاجة لا تبرد و تسائر ممزقه
