Cleanliness
1
Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness and housekeeping; one guest reported an unpleasant sewage odor on departure that affected their impression.
Service
1
Service consistently praised — staff described as kind, attentive and helpful (several mentions, including named front-desk staff Bashik & Faisel and instances of accommodating requests).
Location
1
Location repeatedly mentioned as a strength — close to markets, the beach and a mall; convenient parking and nearby shops.
Room Quality
1
Mixed reports: many found rooms spacious and nicely decorated, but several guests reported issues (hot AC in one room, street-facing/motel-like doors causing noise, disappointment with room allocation such as private-pool rooms).
Amenities
1
Amenities are mixed: central pool and parking are positives, but significant negatives were reported — private pool closed/unavailable for some short-stay guests and at least one report of pool closure on arrival; breakfast is menu-based rather than buffet.
Value for Money

Several guests explicitly stated the hotel offers excellent value for money and recommended the property.
Food and Beverage
1
Food and restaurant receive positive notes (tasty, good quality), though breakfast format is limited (menu selection rather than buffet) which some guests noted.
Overall Experience
