We stayed at Kay Homes & Villas, Ras Al Khaimah, during the Islamic Hijri New Year holidays. Before our trip, I came across several negative reviews mentioning dirty rooms and unclean pools, so I was a bit concerned. However, our experience was completely different.

We booked a direct pool access room, and it was absolutely worth it. We spent most of our stay enjoying the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. Our child had a fantastic time as well.

The room was neat, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided good hospitality throughout our stay.

We did not opt for the breakfast package as the available options seemed limited. However, this was not an issue because there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Food can also be ordered by online apps, and they conveniently deliver it to your room.

One thing to note is that the property follows an eco-friendly approach to reduce its carbon footprint, so toiletries are kept to a minimum. After booking, they inform guests to bring their own toiletries. The room included towels, a small soap, a small shampoo, and a dental kit.

The location is convenient, and for anyone who enjoys swimming or wants a relaxing stay with direct pool access, I would definitely recommend visiting at least once.
