Amazing location and staff
Pros:

We stayed for 9 days in room 318. Our room was a premier twin room overlooking the pool.

We could not fault the location. The hotel is situated right around the corner from Garlic lane and within walking distance to all the shopping you need. The beach was five minutes walk away.

The pool was covered in sunshine from morning until late afternoon, perfect for a dip and a refreshment deom the bar after a day of exploring.

Breakfast offered many foods to cater for everyone's taste with eggs and bacon cooked to order.

We completed a cooking class and were treated to a mountain of food at the end of it. Would totally recommend giving this a go.

The staff were phenomenal, no task was too hard or too easy. We were greated with a smile each and every day by everyone we came in contact with. Special mention goes to Windhi who took us under her wing and made sure our every whim was met. Thank you Windhi for making our first time and stay in Bali so special.

We will definitely be back!

Ok except for accusations and loud music.
Pros:

I have stayed at the hotel 4 times now, so obviously I like it. It was very clean and the staff were mostly Avery attentive and tried to please.
One thing I really disliked though was the loudness of the music blasting through the rooms.It seemed like a nightclub at times and not a hotel. I wanted to relax in my room numerous times and the music from the hotel was blaring .
It spoilt it for me plus when I was leaving I got accused of taking something from the room which I didn’t. The treatment I received over that was very bad and in the end they said it was a miscommunication and all I got was a sorry and some of the staff even laughed out of awkwardness. Too late, as a fourth time guest I was very offended. This and the loud music are my only reasons I have lowered my ratings.

Cons:

Firstly they should have got their facts right prior to accusing me of stealing.
There is music from the moment you wake up until at least 9pm, that was extremely annoying for what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday.
The thing I was accused of stealing was the awful burgundy bed runner, ridiculous.

All in all I think this is a good hotel for the price however make sure you select your room properly and maybe overlook
Pros:

The location is fabulous, the hotel is fairly good for the price, clean,

Cons:

Our room was overlooking the Main Street and extremely noisy all night long, didn’t sleep! Also the balcony doors don’t completely seal when shut so makes it worse.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, very close and convenient to all shopping restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Noisy at times, offered a balcony room which had no view except for a concrete pylon. Sent a WhatsApp message to motel and didn’t receive a reply until the day we were leaving 5 days later.

Very Friendly staff

Cons:

Room was damp beds were damp and was told it’s this time of year however had no issue at the previous property we stayed in.
Room felt unclean. Room was provided with towels which were all marked with stains. Thankfully only stayed for one night would have ruined our holiday if we was there for a longer stay. Definitely more of a 3 star hotel than 4. Pre Paid for breakfast and dinner which we didn’t want.
