Brand new property. Everything finished to really high standard. Pool area is really nice. Attentive staff on hand at all times.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayaz Suites. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite.

The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean and equipped with all modern conveniences, truly feeling like a home away from home. The WiFi was excellent throughout the property, and having access to streaming services was a great added touch.

The entire property and grounds were impeccably maintained, with a clear attention to detail throughout. The staff (special mention to Ahmet) were friendly, welcoming, and always approachable.

I highly recommend a stay here I and will definitely be returning in the future.

We just returned from an unforgettable week at Ayaz Suites Bodrum in Gumbet, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best boutique suite hotels I’ve experienced in the Aegean. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a perfect blend of modern luxury, comfort, and genuine Turkish hospitality.
The suites are stunning — spacious, brand-new, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes. We stayed in a 2+1 apartment that felt more like a stylish home than a hotel room. The fully equipped kitchen (with a proper fridge, washing machine, and all the essentials), comfortable beds, powerful air conditioning, and beautiful bathrooms made daily life effortless. Every detail was spotlessly clean, and the contemporary decor with those gorgeous sea/palm views created such a relaxing atmosphere.
The facilities are outstanding. Two beautiful design-led swimming pools surrounded by lush greenery and palms, plus a heated jacuzzi — we spent most afternoons here. The landscaping is impeccable, and the whole property feels peaceful yet just steps away from the energy of Bodrum. Location-wise, it’s perfect: a short 5-6 minute walk to Gumbet Beach and only a quick drive (or pleasant stroll) into Bodrum center and the marina.
What truly sets Ayaz Suites apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful — from the warm welcome at check-in to daily recommendations and seamless service. They genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.

Het appartement, het zwembad en het uitzicht. Het is een zeer compleet appartement. Als er al iets ontbreekt, zal het personeel je direct voorzien. Er is een rustige vriendelijke sfeer en de kinderen kunnen genieten van het mooie zwembad. Alles is er schoon en alles wordt tussentijds ook goed schoongehouden en we hadden een fantastisch uitzicht op de haven/zee vanaf ons appartement. We hadden voor 2 dagen geboekt, doordat het zo fijn was, bleven we er uiteindelijk 6 dagen. We hopen in de toekomst hier zo nog terug te komen.

Дуже сподобався готель , якшо б це було можливо я поставила би 100балів . Дуже гарне розташування зовсім недалеко від центру , дуже чисті номера зі всіма зручностями : в нас були капці , халати , зубні набори , пральна машина , праска , муж ока для одягу , мікрохвильова піч, кавоварка , чайник , тостер багато посуду і інше. Номер 3+1 який був з майданчиком нам дуже сподобався, наші діти були просто в захваті . Дівчина Назли на ресепшені була дуже ввічлива , і допомогла нам з тим шоб зробити піздний виїзд . Коли ми купались в джакузі (доречі в теплому і чистому ) до нас підійшли і піднесли рушники , ця маленька увага дуже зворушила нас .

We loved our stay at Ayaz Suites. The accommodation is extremely new, modern, spacious and impeccably clean. We loved the views from the large balcony - over the pools and the bay. The whole complex is tastefully designed and the gym and jacuzzi were great for our winter break. In summer, the pools would be amazing too. Even though it was winter, the pools and surrounding area was tended to daily and was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked into Bodrum marina most days, which was a manageable walk. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Amazing new apartments with everything you need to feel like at home. Dishwasher capsules and washing liquid is included too. We had one with kitchen and sitting area. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Our cattle was leaking the guy changed for us no problem. Also great location with nice view and nearby city centre. We stayed in December so we didn't use the pool as water was too cold, only Jacuzzi was slightly warm. I would definitely comeback when warm season starts. Highly recommend!

We were the first to stay in the apartment and it was amazing! It was very big, stylish and comfortable. Very good finishes and appliances. The pools and other facilities looked very good but the weather was not great so we did not use it.
