Pros:

- Beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, bathtub and big walk in shower, good air conditioning, robes and slippers.
- Staff were so friendly and helpful.
- Nice pool area.

Cons:

- A bit far from the centre of town (about 15 min walk across a busy scooter bridge) and not much around. We were only there 2 nights and just used grab to go into the centre which was fine.
- The hot water didn’t last very long when showering.
- The smart locking system on the doors didn’t work very well and we actually came back one day after the cleaners had been in to the room being unlocked.

Despite these, we loved our stay and would return!

Amazing stay and great value for money.
Pros:

Amazing facilities and room. Bed extremely comfortable, shower has great pressure, plenty of storage. The pool was lovely and overall the place was very clean. Staff were friendly. Security was good.

Cons:

Not in the best area, but you know this beforehand.

We found a pair of ladies pants behind the bath…..

Lots of flies in the room, assuming the cleaners leave the doors wide open when servicing the rooms which allows the flies in.

I had messaged ahead asking if anything could be done for my partner’s birthday which was during our stay, and the villa created a really lovely bed decoration with towels and roses which we genuinely appreciated. The only downside was that there was an additional charge for it which wasn’t mentioned when I originally enquired, so it came as a surprise afterwards, as I went to give the staff member a tip for this later on in the day, only then did I find out the cost. I did say in the original message I was happy to pay, but for them not to mention the charge in their reply, and only when I went to give them a tip for it, was disappointing. Aside from that, it was a thoughtful gesture and made the stay feel special.

The pool entry times were broken by other guests, including at night and in the morning. I was awoken at 05:30am on our last day by kids screaming outside, which was disappointing. Really, for how nice and peaceful the villa is, it would benefit being an adult only villa.

The door locks are confusing. A member of staff came over to show us again how to work these, as you are shown when you check in. After she locked it, when we returned, I said to my partner to try and open it before scanning the card as I was confident it wasn’t even locked, and sure enough it opened after the staff member claimed it was locked. Please be careful with this as it seems the staff can’t get their heads round it either.

A bit of luxury!
Pros:

Everything! Lovely property. Staff are exceptional. Singh looked after us with any requests we had.

Cons:

Area surrounding property wasn’t well lit, and wasn’t clean. 15 min walk to town centre across a busy bridge full of tuk tuks.

A fantastic hotel to base yourself while in Kampot with amazing helpful smiling staff
Pros:

The room was fresh and huge and everything was like brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable and again everything felt like it was new. I would highly recommend the Kampot Hampton villas to anyone.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel with a lovely pool to swim in and relax by. It is a 15 minute walk / few minutes in a tuktuk into the centre of Kampot. Good place to stay if you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

- Les chambres extrêmement spécieuses et propres
- La piscine et le jardin au calme
- L'emplacement assez proche du centre (3 ou 4min en Tuktuk)
- La gentillesse du personnel (Merci à Seng pour son accueil)
- La salle de bain immense

Cons:

- Les personnes se plaignant du manque de petit déjeuner devraient davantage lire les descriptions des lieux qu'ils réservent. Plusieurs options en livraison ou dans le centre pour un bon petit dej !
