Location was excellent for the sports arenas and the adjacent area (Greektown) was very safe

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor . We arrived Thursday lunchtime and the room wasn’t cleaned until Monday evening (we were leaving Tuesday morning ). No towels or toiletries in the room on arrival had to make numerous requests for towels . In the end got some from the gym!
No water in the gym, no emergency phone and unmanned-could be an issue?

A comfortable, easy way to experience Detroit when visiting for a Tigers game.
Pros:

The parking garage was very convenient and felt safe, which was important to me because I was parked overnight and kept most of my luggage in the back of my car. The property was also a very convenient walk to Comerica Park, and the view from my room was beautiful. I also loved that the lobby includes a Dunkin.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner (there was some mold on the shower walls and some dirty spots on the floor), but that was minimal. The biggest inconvenience was the fact I COULD NOT reach anyone at the front desk prior to checking in, despite using the phone number provided by booking.com (or the number from the hotel’s website itself).

Gute Lage und schönes Zimmer, aber leider enttäuschendes Erlebnis

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut und praktisch für einen Aufenthalt in Detroit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, schön und hatte eine gute Größe.

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Zimmer eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. In der Nacht wurde mehrfach an dieser Tür hantiert und versucht, sie zu öffnen. Dadurch haben wir uns in unserem Zimmer nicht sicher gefühlt.
Zusätzlich wurde im Nachbarzimmer Cannabis geraucht, sodass der Geruch deutlich in unser Zimmer zog. Wir haben uns deshalb nachts persönlich an die Rezeption gewandt. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass sich jemand darum kümmern würde – leider kam niemand.
Auch der Check-in hat sehr lange gedauert.
Sehr schade, denn Lage und Zimmer waren eigentlich wirklich gut. Der Umgang mit der Situation und insbesondere das fehlende Sicherheitsgefühl haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch leider sehr negativ beeinflusst.

Pros:

Staff were very sweet & helpful. Good location

Cons:

Wall paper was all peeling up in a $677 per night suite we sported for. Jeesh
Everything else was nice, staff was awesome!
And no Military Discounts for our Veterans. Needs work.
