At Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel, we aim to meet all your poolside needs! We have a chill sundeck area with sun loungers and poolside daybeds on property that’s complimentary for all hotel guests to enjoy.

An exclusive poolside space next door at Club Seen Koh Samui is also available for a fee, with a minimum spend you get access to Club Seen Koh Samui’s daybeds, VIP areas and cabanas.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If failed to present the same credit card, guests will be required to pay for the room charge with a new payment.

Please note that Club Seen Koh Samui is an adults-only venue, and no children will be allowed at the after-party.

Starting 1 January 2025, Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club will introduce an adults-only policy.

Guests under 18 will not be permitted at the hotel or Club Seen Koh Samui. חוויה מאוד מאכזבת, במיוחד ביחס למחיר הגבוה של המלון. החדרים די בסיסיים, קטנים ולא נותנים תחושה שהתמורה מצדיקה את המחיר.

עבור שומרי שבת וכשרות חשוב מאוד לדעת מראש שהמלון לא מאפשר להכניס אוכל או שתייה חיצוניים לאזור הבריכה. כלומר, מי שאוכל רק כשר למעשה לא יכול לשבת ליד הבריכה עם אוכל או שתייה שהביא בעצמו.

בשבת נתקלנו בבעיה משמעותית יותר. לא היה מקום בסעודות בבית חב״ד ולכן הזמנו אוכל מקייטרינג כשר. ביקשנו מהמלון מקום כלשהו שבו נוכל לשבת ולאכול את סעודת השבת, אך הם לא הסכימו לאפשר זאת בשום שטח ציבורי במלון. האפשרויות היחידות שהציעו לנו היו המסעדה של המלון או החדרים. המסעדה כמובן אינה רלוונטית עבור שומרי כשרות, והחדרים קטנים ולא מתאימים לישיבה ולאכילה משותפת.

ניסינו להסביר את המצב ולבקש מעט גמישות, אבל לצערנו נתקלנו ביחס נוקשה מאוד וללא שום ניסיון אמיתי למצוא פתרון. בסופו של דבר נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון לפני שבת ולעבור למלון אחר, וגם לאחר מכן סירבו להחזיר לנו את התשלום עבור הלילות שלא נשארנו.

דבר נוסף שהפריע לנו הוא ההתנהלות באזור הבריכה. העובדים מבקשים שוב ושוב מהאורחים לדבר בשקט ומעירים על רעש, בזמן שבמלון עצמו פועל מועדון שממנו נשמעת מוזיקה חזקה. קשה להבין את ההיגיון בדרישה מהאורחים לשמור על שקט כאשר מקור משמעותי לרעש מגיע מהמועדון של המלון עצמו.

בסך הכול הרגשנו שהמלון מאוד נוקשה בחוקים שלו ופחות מתעניין בנוחות ובצרכים של האורחים. במחיר הזה ציפינו לרמת חדרים, שירות ויחס גבוהים בהרבה.

לשומרי שבת וכשרות בפרט, כדאי לדעת את כל הדברים האלה לפני שמזמינים. אנחנו לא נחזור למלון הזה

החוויה שלנו במלון הייתה מאכזבת כמעט מכל בחינה. החדרים פשוטים, קטנים ורגילים לחלוטין, ובשום צורה לא מצדיקים את המחיר הגבוה שנדרש עבורם.

אנחנו שומרי שבת וכשרות, ואחת הסיבות המרכזיות שבחרנו במלון הייתה הקרבה לבית חב״ד ולמסעדות הכשרות באזור. לצערנו גילינו מהר מאוד שהמלון מגלה אפס גמישות והתחשבות באורחים שומרי כשרות.

בשטח הבריכה אסור לאכול או אפילו לשתות שום דבר שלא הוזמן מהמלון. המשמעות עבור אורחים שומרי כשרות היא פשוטה: אין אפשרות לאכול או לשתות ליד הבריכה, גם אם הבאתם אוכל או שתייה כשרים משלכם.

בשבת נתקלנו בבעיה חמורה עוד יותר. הרישום לסעודות בבית חב״ד היה מלא, ולכן הזמנו מראש קייטרינג כשר. פנינו למלון וביקשנו בסך הכול לאפשר לנו לשבת במקום כלשהו בשטח המלון ולאכול את סעודת השבת שלנו. המלון סירב בתוקף. נאמר לנו שהאפשרויות היחידות הן לאכול במסעדת המלון או בתוך החדרים.

כמובן שמסעדת המלון אינה אפשרות עבורנו מבחינת כשרות, והחדרים קטנים מאוד ואין בהם מקום מתאים שבו משפחה יכולה לשבת יחד ולאכול. למרות שהסברנו את המצב ואת העובדה שמדובר בסעודת שבת, לא הייתה שום נכונות לנסות למצוא פתרון, שום גמישות ושום רגישות לצרכים שלנו.

בסופו של דבר נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון לפני שבת ולעבור למקום אחר, רק כדי שנוכל לקיים את סעודת השבת בצורה נורמלית. למרות שנאלצנו לעזוב בגלל חוסר הנכונות של המלון למצוא עבורנו פתרון בסיסי, הם גם סירבו להחזיר לנו את הכסף ששילמנו.

וזה לא נגמר שם. אפילו לשבת ליד הבריכה ולדבר בנחת הפך לבעיה – עובדי המלון כל הזמן מעירים לאורחים, משתיקים ומבקשים לשמור על שקט. האבסורד הוא שבאותו זמן ממש מתנגנת מוזיקה רועשת מהמועדון ששייך למלון עצמו. כלומר, מהאורחים דורשים לשמור על שקט, בזמן שהמלון עצמו מפעיל מועדון עם מוזיקה ורעש. התנהלות לא הגיונית ולא מכבדת.

בסופו של דבר קיבלנו שילוב של מחיר גבוה, חדרים בסיסיים וקטנים, כללים נוקשים, יחס לא נעים וחוסר מוחלט בגמישות וברגישות לצורכי האורחים.

עזבנו את המלון לפני הזמן, הפסדנו כסף ונאלצנו למצוא מקום חלופי ברגע האחרון.

מאכזב ביותר. למלון הזה בוודאות לא נחזור, ולשומרי שבת וכשרות אני ממליצה בחום לקחת את הדברים האלה בחשבון לפני שמזמינים כאן

Pros:

Tout, personnels, piscine, petit déjeuner et au bord des sables blanc !!
Les gens sont très accueillant et la music de plage ferme à 19h respect pour les gens qui veulent un peu de tranquillité, mais super insonorisé et bien climatisé, lit super king size 240 et chambre hyper spacieuse !!
