فندق مهم ولكن يحتاج لموظفين اكثر واهتمام وتحديث بما يوفره للضيف

- الموقع حيث انه يمثل دبي القديمة وله ذكريات طفولة
اتساع الشقق فعلاً نظراً لان الفندق قديم
الموظفين خدومين ويحاولون تقديم الافضل
وجود سوبر ماركت كبير فيه كل ما تحتاجه

1- لم تكن الشقة مجهزة بالاغراض الشخصية مثل النعال الابيض القطني
2- تم الاتصال 4 مرات خلال 4 ساعات لطلب النعال االابيض القطني
3- الكرسي المتحرك قديم جداً ومهترىء وغير مناسب لفندق بسمعة الفندق
4- عدد الموظفين قلبل بالنسبه للضغط خلال فترة الاعياد
5- لا توجد باركنات مغطاه عليك صفها بنفسك وبساحة مكشوفه للشمس بالرغم من انه الفندق يختم على التذكرة ولكن تحتاج تمشي
6- البوفيه مخيب للامال وليس به شي يذكر
7- يغلب عليه الطابع الهندي ويفتقد الطابع المتعارف عليه للافطار
8- الرسبشن به 3 كاونترات وصغير جداً لدرجة مزعجة
