I really like this hotel, Spacious rooms with a good KLCC view. value for money hotel. My friend booked the room for me, suggested to stay at 4027 which has a nice KLCC view, but WiFi lagged a bit, as the room is the last down the corner
Front Office service was tremendous. Thanks to Irfan Syed for their hospitality.

Pros:

I have stayed many times at this hotel, nearby LRT, with very easy access to different routes, and a quiet environment. The front office service is excellent. Especially, the senior Staff Irfan and His colleague Syed n Jainal helped us so many times.

De ruime kamer, lobby en ontbijt

Cons:

Toen we gingen slapen veel hard dichtslaande deuren op de gang en rond een uur of 1 's nachts tot half 2 hard groep schreeuwende jongeren? Op de gang en deuren die open en dicht gingen. Onduidelijk of dat hotelgasten waren of mensen van buitenaf. In de ochtend stond achterdeur naar straat achter hotel open, waardoor iedereen naar binnen kon lopen. Dan helpt security voor het hotel niet. Gaf onveilig gevoel.
In badkamer bij aankomst dode kakkerlak en in ochtend hele grote levende op de muur.
Buurt lijkt veilig maar straatjes achter hotel zien er uit met vuil en dat er meer kakkelakken zijn.

L’hotel sporco, bagno piccolo e sporco, abbiamo trovato una blatta sul muro , il lavandino non andava giù l’acqua e le lenzuola erano gialle
