Excelente estadía
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza, cambian los blancos y realizan limpieza a diario. El personal es muy simpático, la alberca está limpia y la ubicación es perfecta. Sin duda, esos detalles hicieron que la estancia fuera muy agradable.

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir es que no tienen TV, aunque en el anuncio figura que sí. Aun así, en general la estancia fue muy buena.

Excepcional
Pros:

La verdad que nos encantó todo. La habitación es simple, pero cuenta con todo lo necesario. Nos hicieron la habitación y cambiaron las toallas TODOS los días, lo cual fue muy agradable, gracias! La piscina también está muy bien. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Reservamos con ellos la excursión del tiburón ballena y fue todo un éxito, muy recomendable. Cuentan con alquiler de carritos de golf, 4x4 y bicis, lo puedes reservar todo en recepción. La localización es excelente, está a 1 minuto de la playa andando.

Cons:

No hay nada que no nos gustase.

Bonne option à Holbox
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, personnel accueillant et serviable. Piscine assez grande. Lit confortable

Cons:

Coupure d'eau à plusieurs reprises. Le bruit des voisins et ça résonne. L'annonce du paiement de la taxe après avoir confirmé la réservation en formule non annulable.

Dirty (floor, sheets and towels, shower), no equipment (no fridge, TV, soap), noisy.
Pros:

3min from the beach

Cons:

Water on the bedroom floor upon arrival, sand everywhere (piles of sand), stains on towels and sheets, mold due to humidity and lack of maintenance in the bathroom, empty hand gel and shampoo bottles, hair everywhere in the shower and around the sink, with a used razor left in the shower.
Terrace without chairs, plastic pool loungers (and broken) instead of wooden ones as shown in the hotel photos.
The television does not work.
No sound insulation at all (very loud noise from scooters passing below the room and from neighbors walking through the corridors).
The air conditioning blows directly onto our faces when we are in bed.
An additional “island cleaning” tax of 35 pesos per person per night was requested on top of the price at check-in.

Bueno para ir a dormir, pero estar fuera todo el día
Pros:

Ubicado muy cerca del mejor sector de playa , habitación cómoda.

Cons:

La ducha tenía malas las llaves, no cerraba 100% y costaba que saliera el agua como uno quería de temperatura. Constantemente se les tapaba el desagüe y había alguien arreglando abajo al lado de la piscina este problema todos los días.
Buen Roof Top pero abandonado, sin instalaciones.

Good place to stay in Holbox
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to the beach

Cons:

It‘s not in the Center which is usually fine as one can quickly walk there. However if it has rained, all streets in Holbox are flooded and it’s a bit difficult to get to the hotel.

Pros:

Well classic hotel, no need to say anything about it

Cons:

-They should really let people know about the aditional fee per person per night before you make a final reservation!!!! You have to also pay it in cash. Write it in subscription, that really made me angry! Rip off
-AC stopped working when we arrived and in the evening there is noone to take a look on it
