Very well placed in Mykonos, the host is absolutely amazing, very helpful, always smiling and willing to help everyone!
Room was clean, with an extraordinary view to the port.
Area is quiet and near to public transport (ferry, sea bus).

Really can't say
Our stay at Rhenia Mykonos Hotel & Bungalows was frankly unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting basic professionalism and care for their guests.
Weeks before arrival, I sent a message asking about the cancellation policy, since we weren't 100% sure of our plans — but I clearly concluded that message by saying we would keep the reservation regardless. We received no reply at all for a full week. Then, on the actual day of arrival, they messaged asking if we were coming, and minutes later told us our reservation "appeared cancelled" — despite the fact that I had already stated in writing that we were keeping it. Since I hadn't yet had the chance to reply in chat, they called me just 4 minutes after that message (at 10:41), instead of simply waiting for a response or checking our previous conversation. When I later raised this lack of communication with the manager at check-in, rather than apologizing for the week of silence, she practically mocked us for having mentioned a possible "change of plans" in the first place — a dismissive and unprofessional attitude toward paying guests.
As for breakfast, despite opening at 8am, when we asked for a simple take-away bag for an early flight, after a lot of insistence on our part they handed us just 4 raw/undercooked toasts, with not a single word of apology.
To top it off, the terrace has absolutely no railing or protection, a serious hazard with young children like ours — a real safety negligence that puts guests at risk. On top of that, the view was far from what was advertised in the photos, and the overall cleanliness of the property was questionable.
Overall: terrible communication, rude and even mocking staff, disorganized handling of reservations, and neglected safety standards. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place, especially to families with small children.

the one thing i cant judge is the noise level, if i were to stay longer. cause my room was right next to the pool. i even slept with an open window (from the bathroom). without being said, everything was perfect for the one night i stayed and really very relaxing. thank you for the upgrade! thank you personally to anna and maria :)
