The hotel was good. Clean and comfortable.,y room had the perfect view of the union building.

Cons:

The check in was a process, waiting for over 1 hour after check in time to get the key was not cool for me.

Very pleasant enjoyable and convenient.
Pros:

Very pleased with my second stay in weeks. Verry happy with everything from reception to the room to the dining room. Complained about service in dining room during last visit. There is a slight improvement so no complaint in that regard this time.

Pros:

Rooms need a definite upgrade. The shower was barely a shower. Breakfast was so bad, food was very cold. We were supposed to have breakfast at 0630, but the egg counter took 15/20 mts for the hot plate to get hot. Eggs were prepared not as per our liking. Rooms were ready at 3 instead of a request for an early check in
