Categories

Cleanliness
1
Repeated praise for excellent cleanliness and spotless rooms/bathrooms in multiple reviews, though one mention of dirty shower tiles.
Service
1
Mostly positive comments about friendly, welcoming staff at arrival and helpful personnel; isolated negative incident at reception regarding a pet charge lowers the score slightly.
Location
1
Several reviewers note a very convenient location for stopovers and access to the motorway, with available parking; good for travellers heading south or to ski areas.
Room Quality
1
Many mentions of spacious, well-decorated rooms and very comfortable beds; some notes about minimal storage space and a few small/bare bathrooms.
Amenities
1
Parking and breakfast amenities are praised, but some guests note missing small in-room amenities (no kettle/tea & coffee) and slippery shower surfaces; pet policy changes also affect perceived amenities.
Value for Money
1
Mixed signals: a few guests mention good price/quality, but complaints about expensive or mediocre breakfast and extra charges for pets lead to a negative value perception.
Food and Beverage
1
While many reviews praise the breakfast as 'perfect' and well-stocked, a minority find it overpriced or not worth the cost; overall mixed but leaning negative when considering price complaints.
Overall Experience
1
Overall impressions are mixed: numerous guests say they'd recommend and praise comfort, cleanliness and staff, but recurring issues (pet policy change, an isolated rude reception interaction, occasional noisy guests and minor room/bathroom problems) reduce the net overall experience.

Une valeur sure
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix et l’emplacement
Le personnel est très accueillant

Cons:
