niks er was geen hotel

Cons:

Ik had dit hotel al in januari geboekt en volledig vooruitbetaald voor mijn verblijf van 2 tot 9 juni. Omdat mijn vlucht 's avonds aankwam, had ik dit vooraf aan de accommodatie doorgegeven.

Toen ik aankwam, bleek er niemand aanwezig te zijn. Het hotel zou zich op de bovenste verdiepingen van een gebouw bevinden. Bij de ingang was het donker en vies, en de lift werkte niet. Ik moest met mijn koffer acht verdiepingen de trap op, om vervolgens te ontdekken dat het hotel helemaal gesloten was.

Nadat ik het telefoonnummer uit mijn Booking.com-bevestiging had gebeld, kreeg ik te horen: "Sorry, we zijn gesloten vanwege reparaties." Hier was ik nooit van op de hoogte gebracht. Pas na lang bellen werd mij een andere kamer aangeboden.

Helaas bleek ook die accommodatie verre van in orde. Het gebouw was nog in verbouwing. Tijdens de twee nachten dat ik daar verbleef, was er geen televisie, geen warm water en helemaal geen wifi. Mij werd beloofd dat alles de volgende dag opgelost zou worden, maar dat gebeurde niet.

Daarnaast voelde ik mij er totaal niet veilig. De persoon die zei de eigenaar te zijn, reageerde erg onprofessioneel toen ik aangaf dat ik een klacht zou indienen bij Booking.com en eventueel aangifte zou doen. Zijn reactie was: "Doe maar, mij kunnen ze toch niets maken." Door die reactie voelde ik mij geïntimideerd en ben ik dezelfde dag vertrokken.

Ik begrijp niet dat deze accommodatie op Booking.com wordt aangeboden. Naar mijn mening is dit misleiding. Ik ben mijn geld kwijtgeraakt en mijn vakantie is hierdoor ernstig verpest. Dit is ook de reden dat ik mijn ervaring nu pas deel; de gebeurtenis heeft veel indruk op mij gemaakt en ik heb er nog lange tijd last van gehad.

Podobał mi się widok i wygodne łóżka .

Cons:

Obiekt jest przy ringu Gizy. Jest nieustanny hałas samochodowy do tego klaksony przez 24 godziny na dobę. Są to pokoje z łazienką w bloku na 8 pietrze. Śniadania są codziennie takie same i nie urozmaicone przynoszone do pokoju . Transferów i wycieczek od tego obiektu nie polecam bo są bardzo drogie do tego samochód jest nie komfortowy . Ogólnie nie polecam .

I came from new Cairo. What I noticed immediately is how clean this hotel is. Very clean hotel and room which I appreciate. Everything was wonderful and wonderful staff and breakfast. Very helpful

Pros:

The view from balcony is awesome. The location is really few minutes (by car) from new Egyptian museum.The staff is very kind and helpful. Room itself was nice and bed comfortable.

Cons:

In fact it's not possible to walk to GEM as there are no pedestrian routes. The apartments are in 8th floor of apartment building which is not in perfect condition. The view from balcony is nice but there is no chair to sit. You receive breakfast to your room but it is very simple one. Bathroom smelled and the water pressure could be better.

Türkiye'deki herhangi bir öğretmeneviyle asla kıyaslanamaz. Ancak Kahire ortalamasına göre normal bir otel. Konumu büyük mısır müzesinin karşısında olmasına rağmen kötü. Girişinin üst yolun altında kalmasından ötürü bence. Taksiciler ilk zamanlar bulmakta zorlandı. Otelin etrafında da yemek yiyebileceğiniz hiçbir mekan yok. Her yere indrive taksiyle gitmeniz gerekiyor. Veya "talabat" uygulamasından her şeyi sipariş edebilirsiniz. Genel itibariyle fiyat performans bir otel bence.
