Pros:

Apartment located really nice. That's it from good side.

Cons:

Air conditioner doesn't work. In first day administrator told that it will fixed in one day or change room. It wasn't fixed and wasn't change.
Washing machine also doesn't work, when I asked about it, was silence without answer.
I would not recommend this host at all

Cons:

They were really rude. They excused themselves by telling us the apartment was no longer available, promising us another one if we canceled through the booking app. So I trusted them and did it, but as soon as I canceled, they sent me away, telling me to find new accommodations. They were really rude and overbearing. I strongly advise against it so you don't find yourself without an apartment in the middle of your vacation.

Bu otelde yaşadığım deneyim son derece olumsuzdu. Odaya girdiğimizde koltuklarda leke sperm idrar izleri ve hijyen sorunları dikkat çekiyordu. Tuvalet arızalıydı ve kullanımı ciddi şekilde sorunluydu. Durumu personele bildirdiğimizde ise profesyonel olmayan ve müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemeyen bir tavırla karşılaştık. Bugun baska yere gidip sıcın yarin sabah usta gonderecegim dedi ve bir sonraki gun de aksama kadar tuvaletsiz kaldik odada tuvalet kagidi bittini dile getirdigimizde bugun degil yarin gonderirim denilmesine ragmen gidip calisandan personelden kendim aldim Sorunun çözümü konusunda yardımcı olunmadığı gibi, kullanılan ifadeler de son derece uygunsuzdu. Hijyen, bakım ve müşteri ilişkileri açısından beklentilerimin çok altında kalan bir deneyim yaşadım. Hatta yasadigim en kotu otel deneyimi buydu .Bu nedenle oteli tavsiye etmiyorum

Pros:

We stayed there for one night since I work on a cruise ship and we had two days in Istanbul. We found this room very nice and, above all, economically convenient. It is located near the port and is very well connected to everything, as the tram to the city center can be reached within a two-minute walk. Recommended.

The location is excellent, well organized, and conveniently close to many essential places such as the pharmacy, train station, and markets. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, which is a great advantage, as you don’t need to travel far to find food or other necessities.☺️

Cons:

Overall, everything was as expected. However, there was a water leak in the bathroom, and five days after my stay began, one of the lights stopped working. I contacted both the property management and the cleaner, but unfortunately nothing was done, and I had to stay without it for another 10 days.😕
