Pros:

Le personnel était super accueillant, très gentil et serviable. J’avais réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes et, au départ, il y avait un canapé et un lit double. J’ai donc contacté l’hôtel, qui a rapidement accepté de me changer de chambre pour une avec deux lits simples et un lit double.
La localisation est parfaite, à proximité d’Aya Sofya. Le petit-déjeuner est également de qualité, avec des produits frais. Je recommande !

Cazarea a fost de nota 10! Camerele super curate exact ca în poze,mâncarea excelentă,totul proaspăt ! Personalul foarte amabil,parcarea foarte aproape de cazare și zona foarte bine amplasată de toate obiectivele turistice! Recomand cu drag!

Bili smo 9 dana u Istanbulu I srećni smo jer smo odabrali baš ovaj hotel. Objekat je čist i ima sve što je potrebno putnicima koji nisu preterano zahtevni. Opšti utisak je da smo za uloženi novac dobili više nego što smo očekivali. U hotelu rade izuzetno kvalitetni ljudi, koji su uvek nasmejani i spremni da izađu u susret za sve što im tražite i obezbede da osetite dobrodošlicu. Kad god bismo imali nedoumice vezane za obilaske grada, najbolje kupovine itd. dobijali bismo odlične i korisne savete od osoblja. Lokacija hotela je fenomenalna, ulica je mirna, a u samom srcu turističkih dešavanja. Za nas je bilo jako važno da imamo obezbeđen parking za auto. Vozilo nam je bilo na njihovom parkingu, koji osoblje hotela brižno i odgovorno nadzire. Hvala na ljubaznosti, toplom gostoprimstvu. Mi ćemo ponovo doći.

Pros:

Well the welcome was warming especially the good hosting by the young guy of the night shift , in general the stuff was amazing people work there were friendly , they were all ears bout our complaints , the breakfast was great variaty of everything , the hotel was close to all the historic monuments

Cons:

Well the place where the hotel located hard to find , access through a harsh slope , lack of cleaness in the rooms , the air conditionner didn t work , it was extremely hot inside the rooms , the room was tiny we were 02 persons diffult to move inside , the bathroom was too small we barely get there to take a shower uncomfortable , the old man of the day shift wasn t very friendly , they didn t change the bedding and linens for the whole 10 days , they didnt clean the room daily , we found objects of previous client under the bed

Mir wurde vom Chef geholfen einen geeigneten Parkplatz für mein Motorrad zu finden.
Konnten wegen einer schwachen Klimaanlage das Zimmer wechseln. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Zweiter Stock ist sehr heiß, und die Klimaanlage eher mau.

Séjour globalement correct pour le prix, mais avec des chambres de qualité très inégale et quelques problèmes d’entretie
Pros:

L’établissement est proche de l’arrêt de métro çemberlitaş et donc proche du grand bazar.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé son emplacement. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
Il restent ouvert toute la nuit ce qui est magnifique si vous avez un vol qui arrive tard comme le nôtre. La rue de l’hôtel fais un peu peur mais nous avons rencontré aucun soucis

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais le choix est assez limité. Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, on se lasse rapidement.

Nous étions 5 personnes réparties dans deux chambres, et la qualité était très différente. La première chambre était correcte pour le prix, mais très mal isolée : on entend absolument tout. Elle était également proche de la cuisine, avec de fortes odeurs d’œufs le matin. Quelques oublis de la femme de ménage ont aussi été constatés (linge propre et papier toilette).

En revanche, la deuxième chambre, située dans un autre immeuble, était nettement moins satisfaisante. Forte odeur d’égouts provenant des toilettes et intérieur nécessitant clairement une rénovation.

En résumé, un rapport qualité-prix correct, mais la qualité des chambres est très variable selon le bâtiment.

Malheureusement pas grand-chose juste l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

L’hygiène était déplorable. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait des larves d’insectes dans le lavabo. Le revêtement des chaises était maculé de taches. De plus nous étions sans cesse obligé de demander nous même du papier toilette. Le personnel ne passait pratiquement jamais dans notre chambre. J’ai du demander des serviettes propres. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et n’ont pas fait le ménage ils ont changé les draps qu’une seule fois.

Mi-a plăcut mult cum m-au primit la recepție am dat de domnul Murat foarte amabil , apreciez tot personalul din hotel foarte frumos s-au purtat . Recomand cu încredere acest Hotel .
