Book this place it’s amazing!
Pros:

Stunning setting, comfortable beds. Really helpful staff. Great breakfast and cocktails! Pool area has great vibes and general atmosphere is amazing.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y moderno. La cama es muy comoda y el aire acondicionado muy potente y silencioso. Hay clases de yoga.

Cons:

Comentamos que el agua de la ducha no salia caliente y que la puerta del balcon no cerraba. Quedaron en revisarlo pero estuvimos las dos noches con agua fria y la puerta sin cerrar.
El desayuno incluido es escaso, no tiene proteina, los trozos de pan son enanos y no incluye cafe con leche. El resto de opciones son de pago. Deberian incluir mas.
La primera clase de yoga es gratuita pero nadie en recepcion me informo de ello y de hecho me la querian cobrar.
Pedimos hacer el check out 30 min mas tarde ( aun quedaban dos horas para que entrara el siguiente cliente) y no nos dejaron. Nos dijeron de dejar las maletas en unos lockers donde ni entraban. Deberian tener un cuarto para las maletas

Excelente opção em La Punta, hotel jovem e relaxante

Adoramos a estadia! Quarto espaçoso e confortável, e as áreas comuns do hotel são excelentes. Staff muito atencioso, e ótimo serviço de bar. Café da manhã também bem gostoso

A água do chuveiro demorava bastante pra esquentar (tipo 10 minutos), e sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto.

Além disso, tivemos alguns problemas pequenos de comunicação, que pontuo apenas como oportunidade de melhoria. Primeiro, na mensagem que recebemos de boas-vindas, estava escrito que o “jugo” estava incluso no café da manhã. Depois, fomos descobrir que “jugo” na verdade era uma água saborizada e não suco, e tivemos que pagar pelo extra (só pedimos porque achamos que estava incluído). Outra coisa é que alguns preços no cardápio do bar estavam desatualizados, e também só descobrimos na hora de pagar a conta. Isso é bem chato

Disappointed & wouldn’t stay again. Overpriced when the facilities they advertise dont work or are at another cost.
Pros:

The pool area was really nice & the food served was also really good.

Cons:

They advertise ice bath & sauna. The ice bath is completely broken and out of order which we were not told before arriving. The sauna is also a charge on top of your accommodation which wasn’t mentioned. We booked this hostel for the last 2 nights in Puerto Escondido before departing for our big few travel days so we were very disappointed when the ice bath was not working & we had to pay extra for the sauna. There was also a man sanding back timber the whole time we were around the pool area so ended up covered in sand dust and it was not relaxing at all with the noise.

Comfortable, clean and lots to do!
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, has a lot of great amenities. The room was spacious, clean and for the whole week we stayed, we were very comfortable. The activities were a plus, although you still need to pay extra for them (not so much)

Cons:

The hotel itself is somewhat far from the beach, at night walking to it was somewhat unpleasant. A lot of construction was going on around all parts of the hotel, so doing co-working during the day was very hard. Additionally, the ice bath was not working for some weeks now, and despite of that, they kept advertising it as an activity. Lastly, the kitchen was kind of unreliable, they would close early the breakfast or dinner, despite being advertised a certain hour, and given that the hotel is not so near the area of activities, it was kinda uncomfortable. At first they were also not flexible with the food menu, but that later was corrected.

Los cuartos muy cómodos, la piscina, la comida y tragos del bar. La atención muy amable y la onda en general de la gente en las áreas comunes.

Cons:

La terraza está sin terminar, ojalá pongan un área en común para contemplar el atardecer.

Pros:

Perfect location, super clean, super friendly and helpful staff, great and comfy dorm beds, spacious dorm, stylish property, nice pool, social vibe, gym on the rooftop

Pros:

It was nice having the pool and sunbeds. Locked rooms with codes was helpful. Location was great only a short walk to the beach. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food looked good!

Cons:

The lockers in rooms were quite small and I couldn’t fit my bag inside. This just meant I had to rearrange items.

Una buena opción en Puerto Escondido.
Pros:

El hotel es nuevo, moderno y bonito. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones son muy correctas y están muy muy bien. La ubicación es estupenda y hay actividades de deporte, sauna, etc. El personal es simpático, agradable y acogedor. Para poner un “pero” el personal al del bar es muy lento.

Hervorragendes Hostel
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hostel, super sauber, gut ausgestattet und guter Reinigungsservice. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber, das essen was man bestellen kann ist sehr lecker. Es gibt refill Wasser und das Personal ist schnell erreichbar. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Es gibt in den dorms einen Föhn und die Bäder sind auch sehr schön. Man hat sogar einen Balkon um Sachen aufzuhängen

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt ist dass die Betten oben nicht bis zur Decke abschließen das heißt sobald das Licht angemacht wird, wird man beleuchtet und das ist unangenehm. Und ich fand die Kissen zu hoch aber das ist mein persönliches Ding.. :)
