Good service and beautiful cozy place

Cons:

They asked us for a credit card upon arrival, and it felt weird, as if we were not trusted, even if we paid in advance. And we were not notified so we didn’t have a credit card with us, so had to pay 50€ deposit. Felt very not welcoming

Pros:

Excellent accueil, le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et prévenant. La chambre (suite N38) est très confortable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Best staff ever!!! Extremely sweet and accommodating ❤️❤️THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUT STAY SO PLEASANT.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! SIRINA and Kensa were amazing they made us feel like at home , our Uber left with my bag and SIRINA contact them and solve my whole dilemma. Thanks SIRINA for your kindness. We really enjoyed our stay in this EXTREMELY CHARMING HOTEL, It is truly a GEM in such a nice neighborhood. I like to get up early around 6 and explore. I really enjoyed my morning walk around the neighborhood. Hotel VERENNE is without a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and all mayor attractions. This location is perfect for the night walk to the Eiffel Tower for the light show that ends at 12. I give hotel Verenne a 10 , we really enjoyed our stay with you❤️❤️

Great place, location, clean room, great and helpful staff
Pros:

Very good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Quick, effective communication. Lots of support and information about the area. Close to metro, close to museums (short walk to Rodin and d’Orsay). Restaurants and shops around. Air conditioning in the room.
