Perfecto y cómodo hotel en La Paz muy cerca del centro en coche. La alberca es un lindo extra para el calor.

Pros:

Muy bonito lugar, muy comdo y sobre todo las instalaciones muy modernas y areas limpias. Tanto la recepcion y el restaurante muy buen trato por parte del Staff. Cabe mencionar que frente al hotel hay un espacio publico muy grande (parque con lo basico) asi que es muy comodo cruzar la calle con pelota en mano por que aparte de la alberca siempre es bueno un espacio donde jugar fut con un pequeno de 7 anos. =)

Pros:

Piccola struttura ma molto curata e pulita. Anche La camera era spaziosa. Colazione inclusa fatta sul momento a seguito di ordinazione. Parcheggio disponibile e riservato all’hotel (trovato sempre senza problemi) su tutto il perimetro dell’edificio.

Cons:

Per andare sul Malecon (il viale principale della città) serve la macchina perché non è così vicino.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, el personal es muy amable y siempre estan al pendiente de todo. Tienen estacionamiento afuera asi que excelente si llevas coche.

Pros:

El hotel esta muy bonito y esta super limpio, la alberca muy a gusto, aunque chiquito esta super bien. El desayuno esta muy rico solo que tardan mucho en servirlo para que pidan con tiempo por si tiene que salir.

Cons:

Lo único es que esta un poco lejos del malecón, pero hay servicio de uber y como es muy pequeña la paz pues no hay tanto tema con las distancia, pero en general todo bien.

Casa Coronel exceeded all my expectations. The room was beautiful, spotless, and everything felt brand new. You can tell the entire place has been furnished and decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The breakfast was also excellent and very satisfying. I truly enjoyed my stay and would come back tomorrow without hesitation. Highly recommended!

El hotel tiene un diseño bonito y el personal es amable, una pena que no sea funcional ni las instalaciones ni el personal.

Cons:

La presión de la ducha en la segunda planta es mínima, no te permite ni lavarte el pelo.
El wc estaba atascado, se lo comunicamos al personal y dijeron que iría personal de mantenimiento. Ya terminó nuestra estancia y aún estamos esperando. Tuvimos que usar el WC común de la piscina...
No hay nevera en la habitación.
No proporcionan toallas de playa si no es con un pago por cada día de uso.
El desayuno comienza a las 7'30 am, para quienes quieran realizar actividades en el mar tendrán que salir antes y no te ofrecen lunch box como en otros. Nosotros no llegamos a probarlo ninguno de los dos días que estuvimos.

Comfortable, reasonably priced, inconvenient location.
Pros:

This small hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere, a beautiful garden courtyard, and comfortable rooms with a small kitchen and fridge. The onsite restaurant is good. It was quiet and has the feeling of an oasis in a busy city. The price in the summer was fairly reasonable (less than $100 US a night).

Cons:

The only drawback is the location, at some distance from the malecon or any other attractions. Not a particularly walkable neighborhood (lack of sidewalks). A great pleasure in La Paz is walking areas of the city, especially the malecon. I usually try to avoid all driving in La Paz because of the double standard regarding stop signs (that is, locals use stop signs as yield signs if they even slow down at all, whereas police often stop and ticket drivers with US plates if they do not come to a full stop at every block). It's about a 20 minute walk directly to the beginning of the malecon at Estrella del Mar. Relatively minor inconvenience for an otherwise nice stay.
