W porządku apartament, w rozsądnej cenie - do małych poprawek, głownie wizualnych
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, udogodnienia super - np każdy dostaje ręczniki a do tego jest ich jeszcze dodatkowy zapas w szafie i to nawet sporo, tak samo pościel, pralka razem z kapsułkami jak i zmywarka, odkurzacz, żelazko, suszarka, płyny do sprzątania, w łazience również dostępne są kosmetyki, więc to na plus.
Fajnie też że są dwie łazienki, jedna tylko z toaleta a druga z wanna i toaletą.

Cons:

Szkoda, że wejście na taras jest tylko możliwe z dwóch sypialni, więc trzeba przechodzić komuś przez pokój. W pokoju przeszklonym raczej robi się duszno i gorąco po dłuższym czasie - niestety nie ma tam klimatyzacji (jest tylko w salonie) ani nie ma żadnego okienka aby uchylić, niektórzy też mówili że mogłyby być bardziej szczelne okna, aby zniwelować dźwięki z zewnątrz, które faktycznie czasem były dość głośne, ale jeśli komuś to nie przeszkadza tak jak mi, to jest w porządku.

Łazienka: wanna ma nieszczelny korek więc nie za bardzo można w niej poleżeć - raczej szybki prysznic, który też nie jest taką łatwą sprawą - łazienka po myciu jest zazwyczaj zachlapana ;/
Nie ma też żadnej wentylacji, więc przy gorącej kąpieli w łazience robi się sauna.

Ogólnie widać, że apartament jest używany, są ślady użytkowania na ścianach obicia, dziury od klamek itp, lodówka też już jest trochę po przejściach, ale to oczywiście sprawy wizualne. Jedynie w jednej sypialni popsute są drzwi i nie da się ich zamknąć - można je tylko przymknąć.

Zabrakło jeszcze ręczniczków do rąk w łazienkach - ale ten problem łatwo rozwiązać gdy każdy dostaje swój ręcznik, plus zapas w szafie, więc dzięki temu można samemu powiesić.

The apartment itself is brand new, modern, and very clean. The location is excellent, close to many great cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom: The apartment only has a bathtub, which is very high and not suitable for elderly guests or people with mobility issues (we had an elderly lady with us who struggled significantly to get in). Additionally, there is no proper curtain or glass barrier, causing water to splash everywhere while showering.

Electricity issues: In one of the apartments we booked, there was no electricity upon our arrival. Although they came to fix it relatively quickly, all the power outlets in the bedrooms remained unusable and did not work during our entire stay.

Baby cot and extra charge: We were required to pay an extra fee of 90 PLN for a baby cot – a cost that was not stated beforehand on Booking.com. Despite ordering and paying in advance, the cot was not in the apartment when we arrived. It was brought only after messaging and insisting (initially, we were told they would only bring it the next day). It's a shame, as this is a basic service that should have been waiting for us in the room without unnecessary conversations.

Exceptional luxury and perfect location! 5/5 ⭐️
Pros:

The apartment is beautifully and mordernly furnished, and the beds were incredible comfortable. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its exceptional location right in the outskirt of the old town. We were just steps away from major attractions and good restaurants, y’et the apartment remained a peaceful and quiet retreat. On top of that, the host was highly professional and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleanliness was immaculate and the amenities exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend this apartment boutique hotel and would love to stay here again!

Excellent apartment in the heart of Krakow
Pros:

Excellent apartment very close to Krakow's Main Market Square. It features large rooms, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a second toilet. Every hour the trumpet call from St. Mary's Tower can be heard. This was our second stay at this location, which means our first stay encouraged us to book the same place again. Multiple places for dining are located in the immediate neighborhood.

Our stay was perfect.
