Pros:

La comodidad y los servicios, la atención fue increíble y la comida deliciosa.

Cons:

La reservación era para tres personas lo que no me gustó es que solo hubiera dos botellas de agua, dos cápsulas de café, dos batas de baño y un solo par de pantunflas, quizá no lo íbamos a utilizar pero no me agrado que no pudiéramos sentir que pensaron en los tres. En la noche queríamos una taza de café y la cafetera no funcionó, había un código para utilizarla pero no llevaba a la página, buscamos en internet y al final del día no pudimos prepararnos un café y gastamos la botella de agua.

La comida en todos los restaurantes es deliciosa.
Las camas súper cómodas.

Cons:

La habitación tenía una pequeña terraza a la que le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, no aparecía salir a sentarse para tomar un café o algo.
Fuera de eso todo estuvo perfecto

Best Concerige and restuarent team ever but the front desk must change.
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel was the conceirge team. We love everyone who helped us everyday there from all the conceirge support. They treated us like family. Helped us with best options and were so kind to our kids.

Cons:

The front desk. There were one or two people who were super nice but the head manager - the lady - was impossible to talk to. when we arrived on day 1 she told us "we have an upgrade to a very big room and we are gtting a room overlooking the Reforma" which turned out to be exactly the same room as we have booked, overlooking Reforma meant loud noise which would wake up our kids eveeryday. After struggling to chnage the room for two days with various front desk people - someone who offered us room on the 8th floor as well we spoke with the Manager again. She refused that she told us we have an upgrade. She remembered the Reforma view part but not the upgrade. She told us beyond 5th floor she cannot offer us any space as it's a different property - Marquis suites but her colleagues offered us room on the 8th floor. I told her that on booking you confirmed on bed request and celiac related food request. She said it must be the Booking.com replying on the chat not her team but she remebered celiac request from the same chat. If she is having some memory issues.
