Clean, reasonable price
The internet went out several times

The room could have better blackout, as there was an internal light that was not entirely blocked

Le metrobus se trouve en face de l'hôtel et qui vous emmène jusqu'au centre en 20 minutes.
Le parking en sous sol est gratuit.
Le bruit de la climatisation était trop fort.
Prévoir des mini réfrigérateur dans les chambres car il fait très chaud.

O box é muito pequeno. A internet é fraca. Não tem frigobar. Café da manhã horrivel, restaurante pior ainda. Muito longe de Não ser considerado um hotel 4 estrelas.

Great hotel to stay at to explore Roma Norte area. Many great restaurants nearby. Good value option for simply discovering the city.
The only thing that comes to mind was that cleaning staff during daily clean didnt for example notice that the showergel was out and never filled it.
The location is excellent! You can easy walk to restaurants, is also a very quiet area, I read about noise from the street but our room was facing the street and no noise.
The shower was very, very tight.
Location is perfect. Right in Roma Norte, a few blocks from great restaurants and shop. Very close to the metro station, making it easy to go around the city.
Wifi connection is bad.

Really big bed and a lot of pillows. The room was good size, the view wasn't great.

When I arrived to the room the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were unscrewed and almost empty Almost felt intentionally so you ask next day to remediate and you would leave a tip for it.
Restaurant for dinner was ok, but the fries were really salty.
There were some women in another room singing and talking at 2am and staff didn't say anything to them, which you could hear through walls and it was really annoying already struggling to sleep with the jetlag.

Location and the bes were good
Bathroom was poorly tought and maintained. Taking a showet was an adventure. Staff did nothing to address it.
