Pros:

Отличное расположение.

Cons:

Нет пандуса и при этом никто не помогает поднять и спустить чемоданы. Это ужасно.

Бассейн не соответствует фото, ожидание/реальность.

Завтраки средние, достаточно однообразные. Номера убирают средне, иногда хорошо, иногда плохо.

В отзывах расхваливают Айшу, но нам она показалось навязчивой.

В следующую поездку точно не вернемся сюда.

Pros:

Our experience there was amazing, Shakir was very helpful with the bags and other stuff that we wanted during our stay there. we couldn't have lunch on the last day as we were flying to Cappadocia and they packed sandwiches for us. My friends say the breakfast was the best as there was different food to chose from.

Great service and an excellent location
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Pros:

Hôtel très propre et confortable. Personnel toujours à l'écoute. Spa petit mais au top. Petit déjeuner d'enfer. A recommander absolument

Cons:

Bcp de bruit la nuit malgré le fait que nous ne sommes pas plein centre. Je conseille de fermer la fenetre.

Ein gutes Hotel in Istanbul, würde ich wieder nehmen. Wenn nur die anderen Gäste nicht wären.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich, das Bett war angenehm. Dusche war gross genug, die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und insgesamt war am Zimmer nichts auszusetzen. Am allerbesten hat mir das Hamam gefallen. Das Frühstück war ok, die Omeletten waren sehr gut!

Cons:

Kommunikation: Englisch ist ein MUST für ein Hotel mit internationalen Gästen! Entweder man hat meine Wünsche nicht verstanden oder man war teilweise sogar etwas ZU aufdringlich dabei, meine Wünsche aufzunehmen. Aber am Ende kam ja alles gut raus.
Frühstück: Die Panacakes waren nicht so toll, der Kaffee war aber wirklich grauslig.
Die Gäste: Wenn andere Gäste beim Frühstück laut ihre Handys laufen lassen, die Kinder rumschreien und rumtoben während man sich entspannen will und die Leute im Nachbarzimmer um Nachts um 2:00 noch Türen schletzen und rumschreien, kann man nicht von gehobenem Niveau oder Entspannung reden. Vielleicht sollte das Hotel da härter durchgreifen.

Everything was perfect, hotel, location, room, service, breakfast.
Staff was so kind.
I can not remember all staff names but Aisha and Shakir was so friendly with so much help and advices.
Thank you one more to all people working in hotel.

Everything was perfect.
Pros:

Stay was over all very good.
We enjoyed the Breakfast. It was delicious.
Room service was also good.
I will give 100% mark for cleanliness.
Staffs were very helpful and polite.
Among the staff Mr Sakir was friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I really appreciate his way of talk and all.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.
