Staff molto cordiale, sempre disponibile. Camera pulita, asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Posizione strategica (10-15 mn a piedi dalla Moschea Blu), quartiere tranquillo.
La colazione era poco varia. L'albergo, nonostante sia relativamente vicino alle attrazioni centrali non è collegato molto bene con i mezzi. Le tende erano poco oscuranti e lasciavano entrare la luce.
Das Personal war wirklich herzlich. Das Personal am Empfang war immer super freundlich und hat uns den ein oder anderen Tipp mitgegeben.
Unser Zimmer war direkt an den Lautsprechern der Moschee gelegen, somit wurde man dann um 04:30 Uhr geweckt, jede Nacht.
Das Frühstück würden wir hier auch eher skippen, dass war sehr mau
Zona molto tranquilla e sicura (come tutta Istanbul del resto), Struttura molto pulita (hanno fatto il cambio degli asciugamani tutti i giorni). Il ragazzo dello staff è stato veramente gentile a fornirci ogni tipo di info. Molto comodo l'autobus da/per l'aeroporto. La terrazza della colazione ha una vista bellissima.
La camera non era molto grande. La colazione è stata deludente (sia per le bevande che per il cibo). La struttura è ad almeno 15 minuti (in salita) dalle attrazioni e da qualsiasi mezzo. Le tende risultano poco oscuranti, e la vicinanza della moschea fa sì che alle 04:30 si viene svegliati dal muezzin (ma in questa cosa la struttura non c'entra).
La posizione
La colazione era cattiva, i piatti che dovevano essere caldi erano gelidi, poca scelta, frutta cattiva.
Le camere erano veramente piccole, non c’era una sedia / un piccolo ripiano su cui appoggiare le cose. Anche in bagno non c’era spazio per appoggiare beauty.
Becsekkoláskor minimum három órával korábban érkeztünk , a két foglalt szobából az egyik már átadásra kész volt. A recepciós rugalmasan átadta a szobát, le tudunk pakolni .Nem beszélünk angolul, de ez sem volt akadály, minden infót át tudott adni. A többi recepciós is segítőkész volt , kaptunk Isztanbul kártyát , útbaigazítást ,stb.
A reggeli lehetne picit változatosabb , de azért soha nem mradtunk éhesek.

Es war nur oberflächlich sauber bzw. war alles oberflächlich repariert und vieles sah zusammengestückelt aus.
Die Lüftung im Bad hat Luft angezogen, die nach Zigarettenrauch riecht; deshalb roch es im Bad immer nach Zigarettenrauch.
Ottima posizione, lo staff è composto da ragazzi davvero eccezionali....discreti, accoglienti e pronti a risolvere ogni problema con il sorriso.

Personeel was mega lief en behulpzaam, locatie is top, alles op loopafstand en heelijk comfortabele kamers.
Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos, boa localizacao, quarto limpo,
O cafe da manha poderia definitivamente ter mais opcoes. A qualidade era boa mas muito limitado
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und haben ausreichend Platz geboten.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.
Zudem hatte man von Dachterasse (Frühtsück) einen tollen Ausblick!
Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein können, das Brot war oftmals etwas trocken.
Zudem war der Kellner beim Frühstück nicht besonders freundlich (man wurde nicht begrüßt und er hat sehr lange gebraucht und die Teller teilweise nicht abgeräumt).
Ein Manko war zudem das Minarett, das sich direkt vor unserem Zimmer befand und uns jede Nacht um halb 4 aufgeweckt hat.
Hotel is 12min walk from the Grand bazaar and other popular locations, but still away enough from the crowded areas. For a simple and basic stay, it provides what you need - place to rest and crash. The staff is courteous, especially Mr. Bekir 😄
Middle of the night Call to prayer from the minaret right next to the hotel 🫠 Even the earplugs don't help at 4:30am. Also, the breakfast could be more various every day
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, served on the terrace with an exceptional view of the sea. The staff is attentive and very professional. They even provided us with a luggage scale at the end of our stay so we could stay within our airline’s weight limit. The hotel is very well located, and you can visit the historic sites on foot.
We didn’t encounter any particular issues.
