Queremos agradecerles muy sinceramente por esta maravillosa estancia. Es la primera vez que recibimos un nivel de servicio tan excepcional.

Un agradecimiento muy especial a Nuri, quien trabaja en la recepción. Desde nuestra llegada fue increíblemente amable, atento y profesional. Siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer hasta el último día.

También queremos agradecer a los gerentes del hotel por su enorme honestidad. Se dieron cuenta de que se había producido un pequeño error en la facturación y tomaron la iniciativa de informarnos de ello, aunque nosotros ni siquiera lo habíamos notado. Es un comportamiento muy poco común hoy en día y merece ser reconocido.

Por último, muchas gracias por el precioso detalle de decorar nuestra habitación con pétalos de rosa, globos y otros adornos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda. Esas pequeñas atenciones hicieron que nuestro viaje fuera aún más especial.

El hotel fue perfecto en todos los aspectos. Nos marchamos con recuerdos maravillosos y estaremos encantados de volver. Gracias a todo el equipo por su excepcional hospitalidad.

Camera pulita e staff molto cordiale

Cons:

Aria condizionata poco funzionante e molto caldo in camera.
Stanza esposta al megafono con cui si sentono le preghiere di notte a volume molto alto ma fa parte della loro cultura!

Grosso modo alles bestens und wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht überragend, aber für diesen Preis mehr als erwartet. Brot und Sesamkringel, 3 Sorten Oliven, Melone, sonstiges Obst, Käse, 4 warme Gerichte, Joghurt, Müsli, Flakes, verschiedene Kaffees, Tees und ganz viel Marmelade! Das Personal war generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders bemüht schienen mir die 2 Rezeptionisten und der Kellner beim Frühstück zu sein.

Pros:

Bella hall e sala colazione rooftop. Posizione molto
Comoda per girare a piedi Fatih, Sultanhamet e il Grand Bazaar.
Personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Pulizia migliorabile, ma nel contesto di Istanbul ok.
Colazione un po’ scarsa, mancava pane tostato, yogurt, e cibo dolce in generale.
