ملاحظتى في المطعم لم يكن الاكل كافي ولم يكن فيه تنوع في الطعام خدمه في المطعم مكنتش افضل شيء للاسف

fiyat performans bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu güzel, çalışanları ilgili. Check in ve check out konusunda çok yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Ancak demirbaşlarda ciddi yıpranmalar var. Banyo ekipmanları eskiliğinden dolayı her an kırılacak bozulacak gibiydi. Banyo temizliği tarafına özellikle dikkat edilmesi lazım. Genel bir bakımdan da geçirilirse otelin deneyimi fiyat performans açısından çok yükselir.

الموقع من ناحية القرب من الحرم

Cons:

التكيف عطلان جلسنا حوالي نص ساعة الين تمت الصيانة رغم إبلاغ موظف الاستقبال
اقفال النوافذ عطلان ممايجعل مستوي الأمان ضيف جدا خصوصا مع وجود أطفال دون سنة العاشرة وايضا تم وإصلاحها بعد طلبنا منهم

Will not repeat this experience at this hotel again
Pros:

Guests are so nice

Cons:

1- bathroom was so old and not clean like shown in the pictures
2- bed sheets were used
3- bus timming to haram is random and when ask the reception about the bus, they say we don't know when it will come. I was using Taxi

Pros:

The smell in the foyers and room always cleaning and housekeeping always coming to check if everything is okay. Shuttle service available just need a little patience when waiting for a shuttle but no issues at all.
