Pros:

all was well. especially i admire an Egyptian salesperson I forget his name , he was very cooperative. actually I arrived hotel on 14-08-2026 but suddenly i saw i booked hotel with wrong date (21-08-2026) , this Egyptian salesperson help me to reschedule booking date .
