Excellent Staff, Disappointing Facilities and Guest Amenities.
Pros:

I would like to especially appreciate Ms. Malika from the Reception team for her exceptional courtesy and professionalism. She kindly assisted us with extending our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. Her polite, friendly, and helpful attitude truly stood out and reflected excellent customer service.

I would also like to commend the Restaurant, Housekeeping, and Room Service teams for their support, cooperation, and prompt assistance throughout our stay.

Cons:

The pool was extremely small and overcrowded, which made it impossible for us to enjoy quality family time. The management seriously needs to address this issue. Considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates, it is surprising that such a tiny pool is expected to serve everyone comfortably.
Additionally, only one bottle of water was provided in a room occupied by two guests, and it was replaced only after the empty bottle was returned to Room Service. We found ourselves calling Room Service repeatedly throughout the day just to request drinking water. When we raised the concern, we were informed that the hotel had a limited stock of water bottles and therefore only one bottle was permitted per room.
This level of service is highly disappointing and falls well below expectations. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience that significantly affected our stay.
