Due to a severe ear infection I wasn't able to fly. Asked them for postpone or to help that was possible but had to do it through booking.com. Booking had contact with them to sort and they would contact me for a new reservation , haven't heard from them since.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Great location to walk around the city! The views from our room of Sagrada were beautiful! As were the views from the roof top! The staff at this hotel were all amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable!

Overpriced for what it has to offer.
The hotel end of it is great. The rooftop terrace need improvement in service. It's not as big as it might appear in the photos. Getting your order taken takes ages, actually getting your order takes a long time too ... and trying ro pay , you guessed it - takes ages! Mind you, we've only had drinks(don't want to imagine how long it would take for the food to arrive)
Primeramente agradezco a Carlos en recepción por darme ese saludo de bienvenida que me hizo sentir de inmediato muy cómodo. La habitación hermosa con LA VISTA a La Sagrada Familia, así que no podía pedir más. El servicio de lavandería muy puntual. La localización es insuperable.
El bar/restaurante en el Rooftop es muy difícil de acceder, pues hay muchos externos tomándose fotos y videos, y un poco interrumpiendo lo que podía ser un rato placentero y agradable. Entiendo que es algo que deben evaluar.
