Mooi, netjes maar jammer
Pros:

Restaurant super, niet goedkoop, kwalitatief erg goed en fijne bediening

Cons:

1, navraag gedaan of het zwembad open was, het was bij aankomst 30+ dit zou het geval zijn. Wat niet vermeld werd, is dat er met tijdsblokken gewerkt werd en dat je pp voor €20 2 uur gebruik mocht maken.
2. Op onze kamer werkte de airco niet, div malen over geklaagd want het was en bleef erg heet ( 26 graden) uiteindelijk kond4n we om 23.30 naar een andere kamer maar de volgende dag zouden we weer moeten verhuizen. Er werd naar ons idee niet echt moeite gedaan om een oplossing te vinden/bieden waardoor wij nacht 2 elders een accommodatie hebben geboekt. Over tegemoetkoming werd niet gerept, moest nog wel de citytax a €12,00 afrekenen. Jammer want het hotel zelf was o.k.

Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder! Sauberkeit, Lärm und Personal waren sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Lediglich die Straße direkt neben dem Pool verursacht sehr viel Lärm. Auch dass man direkt vor dem Zimmer parken konnte war super. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut.

Cons:

Das Personal, vorallem im SPA war sehr unfreundlich. Uns wurde nichts erklärt oder gezeigt, anderen italienisch sprachigen Besuchern schon. Auch Getränke wurden an sie verteilt uns ausgelassen obwohl wir direkt daneben waren. Auch die Sauberkeit im SPA war furchtbar. In der Dampfsauna hat extrem nach Schweiß gerochen, so dass man keine Sekunde es dort ausgehalten hat. Zudem war fast jeden Tag irgendwas am Hotel, sei es Bauarbeiten die schon morgens um 7 Uhr losgingen, eine private Feier am Pool, bei dem der Lärm bis 12 Uhr nachts andauerte oder ein Fotoshooting am Pool weshalb man eine Zeit lang nicht an den Pool durfte. Auch die Straße neben dem Pool verursacht sehr viel Lärm, den man auch nachts in den Zimmer sehr laut hören kann. Insgesamt war eine Entspannung kaum möglich.

Pros:

Il doppio ingresso era spettacolare.
La doccia grandissima e facilmente utilizzabile anche da persone diversamente abili.

Cons:

Il pavimento del porticato posteriore della nostra stanza forse era stato rifatto da poco, vi erano delle plastiche separatrici delle mattonelle che possono essere un facile inciampo per un non vedente.

Good value for money
Pros:

Very modern rooms, breakfast included great Italian coffee, free tap water, good outside and indoor pool + spa

Cons:

Mattress of the bed rock hard and the pillows are awful both need urgent replacement, minibar did not work to put any cold drinks in, internet to watch tv didn’t work as connection was to slow so the tv stopped all the time

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gross und renoviert. Eine Kaffee auf dem Zimmer sorgt für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen. Betten sind bequem.
bad ist sehr gross und modern inkl. begehbare Dusche.
Sehr gutes Restaurant welches sich auf Fleisch spezialisiert hat im Haus.
Genau das was ich mir unter 4 Sternen vorstellen!
Kann ich empfehlen!

Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich war wirklich gut, und durch die Time-Slot Regelung in der Nebensaison auch nicht zu voll. Selbst am Wochenende nicht.
Sehr praktisch ist, dass man an die Zimmer im EG direkt mit seinem Auto vor die Tür fahren kann!
Für Hunde gibt’s einen Hundeauslauf, aber auch sonst gute Möglichkeiten sich lösen zu können.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich gekühlt, es war schon jetzt viel zu warm nachts 🥵
Der Kühlschrank/minibar ist ein Witz, die von der Tiefe her passt eine Bierflasche rein, daneben noch 2-3 schmale Dosen, das war’s. Die Kühlleistung ist aber super!

Chambre agréable mais extrêmement bruyante

Le personnel était très agréable, la chambre très propre.
Le fait de pouvoir se garer devant la chambre.
La possibilité d’acheter un maillot de bain et claquettes.
L’accès au lac à pied

Cons:

Ma réservation s’est portée sur cet hôtel car il était près du lac, mon erreur a été de ne pas regarder son emplacement exact, il est entouré de deux routes extrêmement passantes.
J’ai réservé une chambre côté cour, c’est plutôt côté parking, bien que même celles qui donnent sur la piscine ont-elles aussi le bruit de la route et pour celles du bas, la vue sur sa voiture.
Le premier matin, j’ai demandé un service du petit déjeuner en chambre. Le plateau était pratiquement vide ! J’ai fait une réclamation et j’ai pu continuer à prendre mon petit déjeuner dans la salle de restaurant.
Concernant l’accès à la piscine extérieure, il faut payer le spa 20 € pour deux heures. J’y suis allée à 17h30 sans savoir que la piscine ferme à 19h…
