Wohnung ganz gut,auch sauber.

Cons:

Der Geruch,wahrscheinlich vom Abfluss in der Küche, war sehr unangenehm.
Die Gegend der Wohnung war für uns als Familie nicht so toll, und ganz besonders katastrophal war die Parksituation.

Es war ok
Moderne Einrichtung
Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel war vorhanden
Terrasse sehr schön
Babybett war dabei

Cons:

Wir mussten den kompletten Geschirrspüler vom Vorgänger ausräumen. Sowas ist für mich nicht in Ordnung.
Spannbettlagen für die Betten wären super, da sich bei der Bewegung das Bettlagen verrutscht
Lage war in Ordnung aber sehr laut bis 23 Uhr

Pros:

Die Wohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Wohngebiet in relativer Nähe zur Innenstadt (zwei Stationen mit der U-Bahn). Die Querstraße gegenüber der Wohnung ist für die Anwohner in eine Spiel- und Nachbarschaftsstraße (Fußgängerzone mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischtennisplatten) umgewandelt. Die Wohnung selbst hat keinen Balkon o.ä., so dass die "Nachbarschaftsstraße" eine wunderbarer Aufenthaltsort - auch für Kinder - ist.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist eher neutral-kühl eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber und funkionabel, aber nicht besonders herzlich gestaltet. Die Wände habe keine Bilder und auch sonst gibt es keine Deko.

Es war ok, aber ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen.
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber ausreichend. Leider sehr warm im Sommer und nur ein Ventilator, wenn sich ein Guter.

Cons:

Schon etwas abgewohnt. Küchenblende kippte immer um, einige Glühbirnen gingen nicht. Die Parkplatzsituation unter der Woche ist eine Katastrophe. Die Gegend ok.

U-Bahn ist in 7 Minuten erreichbar, Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer

Cons:

Wohnung liegt in einem Viertel, wo man sich nicht auf die Straße getraut, Innenhof leben die Tauben, Baustelle nicht gesichert, Treppe zur Wohnung sehr Schmall, im Bad kommen bei offenen Fenster die Taubenfedern rein, atmet taubenkot ein, Herd und Backofen vor Dreck und Haaren nicht benutzbar, Preis viel zu teuer, Stühle brechen fast auseinander, keine Gepäckaufbewahrung, Waschmaschine ohne Wäscheständer da, wanne ohne vorhang, musste erstmal gereinigt werden
Ich werde nicht mehr wieder kommen
