A wonderful hotel, truly a high-level 5-star experience!

I travel a lot, and I must say that BLESS Hotel Cala Nova really impressed me, both for its beautiful location and the quality of its services. No detail is overlooked, and everything is designed to make guests feel pampered and completely at ease.

The staff are extremely kind, helpful and always smiling. We also really appreciated the car service, with fresh water offered before departure — a small but thoughtful touch, especially in the intense heat.

Breakfast deserves 6 stars! In addition to the incredibly rich and beautifully presented buffet, with a great variety of fresh fruit — something that is often missing even in many 5-star hotels — there is also an à la carte menu included in the price. Guests can order dishes such as açaí bowls and pancakes, all delicious and presented exceptionally well. We were truly delighted!

We had a wonderful stay and were able to fully enjoy the peace and relaxation. The infinity pool overlooking the sea at Cala Nova, together with the service directly at the sunbed, is simply a dream.

A special thank you to Obib at reception, who was very kind and helpful.

A truly high-end hotel that I highly recommend!

Hotel is oud maar oogt nieuw, ligging in extreem marginale buurt , geen rust gevoel , weinig Ibiza vibes, prijs kwaliteit zwaar overrated.

No pude haber tenido peor experiences, la habitación olia horrible. Nos cambiaron para otra que olia igual, es carísimo estaba buscando un hotel 5 estrellas para tener una Atencion excepcional en una ocasión especial, el staff no pudo darnos un peor servicio. Una perdida total de dinero

Почну з плюсів, їх було більше
Гарна територія, зручний басейн для дітей, близько до пляжу, дуже гарне море
приємний персонал, як біля басейну так і в ресторані на сніданках і рецепції, всі привітні і готові допомогти. Окремо хочу виділити їжу, сніданок вау, ми були у багатьох 5* готелях але тут сніданок був найкращий! Їжа біля басейну теж смачна, ми дуже задоволені.
У номерах хороша шумоізоляція, біля басейну музика дуже тиха, немає шуму, дійсно відчуваєш, що ти на відпочинку.

Cons:

По мінусах, це чистота у номері, деякі чашки були брудні. Також штора у ванній була зламана і не опускалася, так як у душі панорамне вікно це було трохи незручно. І спуск води у туалеті теж варто замінити, торкатися його було неприємно.
Ці всі плюси перекривають недоліки, але для готелю такого рівня хотілося б за ці гроші, щоб цих моментів не було
