I can’t wait to come back
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the location is oustanding.
The whole staff is so generous and patient , naming the reception are very attentive , problem solvers on the spot.
The room service staff are also responsive , clean , helpful.
The buffet is so rich with diversity , here comes the restaurant chefs who are kind and engaging I name here a special chef I remember the name chef Said , a very kind person smiling ready to offer you the best either a french dish or an italian one he seems always ready to give you the best taste in the buffet.
Servers there are ready anytime to offer you assistance whether what to eat or guide through the big restaurant . They are very generous and communicative
The pool area is ver nice it offers wide space to benefit from the shiny sun while engaged by the animation team who create a certain dynamic with nice activities through the day so can enjoy either you are a grandad ,a dad or a young todler

Cons:

What i didnt enjoy is that we as muslim we didn’t have much drinks offers in the menu except coffee , few soda drinks which i dont drink coz am diabetic, at least orange juice should offered to muslims not pay 2.5 euros. I noticed that non muslims enjoyed liquor pretty much day and night but i could drink only coffee sometimes i took the risk to drink mojito made out of merinda which too sweet for me may be with a sparkling water would better .
The parties were themed I enjoyed however the music was most of the time french regardless of the tourists . The DJ should defenitely go back to the drawing board. During the moroccan themed night they played very old music and am not saying classic no. Even the dancing contest with choreography on the data show was very very old. So DJ plz more work to do. I urge you to delete what s on the lap top and start fresh with updates

Tout le personnel des restaurants ainsi que les serveurs et femmes de ménage l'animation est super

Cons:

Les chambres sont a changer d'urgence odeur de renfermé d'humidité de la moisissure sur les dessous de lit photo a l'appui vétusté du mobilier ainsi que les cafards qui sont aussi nombreux que les vacanciers l'hygiène est vraiment a revoir nous avons du changer de chambre a 3 reprise et toujours pareil

emplacement près de la mer et quelques commerces très apprécié. Des grands espaces extérieurs

Buffet généreux mais peu qualitatif, eau filtrée pas de bouteilles d'eau disponibles (goût affreux)
Retour malades alors que nous avons consommé que à l'hôtel ! Animations beaucoup trop bruyantes
