Cucarachas en la habitación, toallas insuficientes y desgastadas, servicio pesimo de la recepcionista. NADA RECOMENDABLE el hotel. De la comida, mejor ni la probe, sabiendo que hay cucarachas en las habitaciones.

Está bien para descansar pero el personal está muy mal encarado y el agua de la alberca un poco fría

El personal del hotel es de mal genio, de todo se molestan, no dejan escuchar música, no dejan reir o hablar fuerte si vas en plan de amigos y a reír te regañan por todo y el agua de la alberca estaba fría, las instalaciones no son de lujo pero mal no están

Pros:

Me gustó la posición del hotel. La cercanía del centro aun a pie. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y es silencioso en general.

Cons:

La única cosa que diría es que las puertas de los cuartos se tienen que cerrar jalando la puerta con fuerza y ese ruido en la mañana, multiplicado por todos los cuartos, no es tan agradable.

Surprised staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean.
Pros:

I reserve the hotel. I’m not good. The curtain rod in our room was broken. The receptionist was very friendly and move us to a different room with a spectacular view of Guanajuato. The first room didn’t have that view. For the future not sure how to reserve a room with that spectacular view. Besides calling. I know most of the time online is cheaper. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. I don’t know why kids’ breakfast is not included. Overall fantastic if I have the opportunity I will go back again. We were told the hotel offers a tour. Very interesting. Definitely planning to go back.

Excelente recomendado
Pros:

Es muy tranquilo y está alejado de la zona centro, todo el tiempo tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera eso es muy primordial, está en una zona de carretera panorámica tiene una excelente vista

Más o menos la estancia
Pros:

Se pidió la Junior Suit con vista a la ciudad y es genial, los cuartos bonitos y agradables ademas que la ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Pedimos la habitacion con desayuno incluido, y los dias que nos quedamos fue el mismo, deberían de al menos cambiar cada día, porque el dia sabado y domingo fue el mismo, chilaquiles sencillos, fruta la misma los dos dias y el café, pedimos chilaquiles y para ponerle huevo son 30 pesos mas solo un huevo y por pollo 40 pesos, al deberían de incluir la proteina con lo que se esta pagando, y ademas variar la fruta los dos dias fue sandia, y te cobran 10 pesos por ponerte bolillo, tambien deberia de estar incluido, el dia sabado tomamos el desayuno pero ya el domingo ya no quisimos por que era el mismo, deberían de cambiar esa parte, por lo que se pagó vimos que habia mejores hoteles y mas completo el desayuno.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

La instalación, la vista hacia guanajuato, el desayuno espectacular y super servido.

Cons:

Esta un poco alejado para quienes realizan actividades de tours, la pantalla no funcionaba, alberca sucia.
