Location is perfect, close to beach and local restaurants. Breakfast have an excellent variety of food , juices are not at the level of the hotel… l missed an fresh orange juice even if l need to pay as a supplement like others hotels
The extra bed for my child wasn’t very comfortable and the top was lower than the bottom.
Wrinkles in my bed…a 4 star hotel should be looking on this details and also the cleaning of the balcony floor

Niks op aan te merken
Al llegar nos llevamos una magnífica sorpresa al ver que nos habían alojado en una suite...Espectacular!! Disfrutamos muchísimo de la estancia. El buffet magnífico. Mis felicitaciones a los cocineros/as porque todo estaba riquísimo. Además está ubicado a un paso de la playa y de una calle peatonal llena de tiendas y restaurantes. Ubicación excelente y con un personal muy amable. Sin duda un lugar estupendo para desconectar y relajarse.
La piscina, aunque estaba bien, me pareció algo pequeña y por la tarde queda a la sombra. A las 6 ya no da el sol en ningún sitio...¡Una pena! Pero está muy bien para refrescarse. Por otro lado, el personal del hotel debería insistir en que la gente no deje las toallas reservando las hamacas y si ve que sucede, retirarlas...Este aspecto de mejora tampoco es algo que reprochar al hotel porque las normas están claras pero la gente cada vez tiene menos educación. Lo mismo en cuanto a permitir que los niños/as estén saltando encima de uno mientras intenta bañarse tranquilamente. Hay una piscina para niños y si se meten en la de adultos, deberían estar bajo la supervisión de uno cuando no les han enseñado a comportarse en lugares públicos...En cualquier caso, El personal resolvió el incidente que se produjo rápidamente y agradezco su labor por buscar el bienestar de los que estábamos alli.

Te cobran hasta por usar la caja fuerte que normalmente es un servicio incluido en el precio de cualquier habitación
La atención del Personal, la ubicación del Hotel, la Comodidad y vistas en la Habitación, el buen ambiente en el Salón Social, el tener cuatro ascensores facilita su utilización
