Nice hotel. Good location. Food good. Staff really really friendly & helpful. Julie in the spa was exceptional.
Aircon was useless & we had 3 sleepless nights because it was too hot & stuffy. The fridge kicked out an enormous amount of heat & we couldn’t turn it off. We reported it. Nothing changed. And it isn’t because we don’t know how to use aircon, or were affected by the heat due to being on holiday - because we LIVE in Spain & have 4 aircon units at home! We would not stay again because of this reason alone.

Hotel was lovely, staff were all so pleasant + helpful. Great selection of food for every meal, something to suit everyone. Pool was clean and the pool area was kept clean + organised.
There was a problem with our shower. The water pressure was so strong and there was no lip on the shower tray and the water came out the back of the shower + all over the bathroom floor and out under the bathroom door onto the wooden floor.
The only issue (and nothing to do with the hotel) was the military planes that started flying early in the morning directly above us at 3 minute intervals. They were very noisy and intrusive. Thankfully they stopped at siesta time.

Lovely location, close to the beach, also other restaurants and shops. Close to the old traditional town. Excellent buffet for breakfast and evening meal, plenty of choice. Roomy hotel, great atmosphere.
