Pros:

On a payé mais face à la chambre et l'état délabré on n'a perdu notre nuit sans possibilité de remboursement et nous sommes parti dormir chez nos amis.

St Etienne un hotel simple à 10min du sanctuaire
Pros:

-Emplacement proche du sanctuaire 10min à pied
15min/20min à pied de la gare SNCF
-Confortable
-Gentilesse du personnel d'accueil et pour petit dejeuners-

L'emsemble nous aconquis, car nous étions venus pour la partie religion.
Nous recherchions pas le luxe et confort total
Un pelerin sait apprecier ce qu'il a dans sa quete au moment voulu.

Si des personnes ne sont pas dans cette quete de simplicité.il est conseillé de chercher un autre lieu pour leur séjour.

Merci pour la gentillesse et la simplicité.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, no han invertido en renovar/mantenerlas.
Nos dieron dos habitaciones que tenían muy mal olor, no sé si era por la moqueta, pero muy mal olor.
En mi baño a la mañana encontré una cucaracha.
Y por si fuera poco coincidió con la ola de calor, y las habitaciones no disponían de aire acondicionado, la nuestra estaba en la 3a planta que le daba el sol y no se podía estar (íbamos con bebe de 5 meses) al menos a la noche refresco un poco....
NO LES IRIA MAL UNA RENOVACION!

Excelente ubicación, pudimos hacer check in un poco más temprano. Desayuno completo y el personal muy atento!

Senza aria condizionato, con un ventilatore pieno di polvere che non emanava aria. Con 40 gradi abbiamo richiesto un secondo ventilatore ed erano previsti solo 1 per camera.
Mobili rotti e letti scomodissimi. Abbiamo preferito cambiare albergo senza alcun rimborso.

Served its purpose during our visit to Lourdes.
Pros:

Very close to the Sanctuary, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. Breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything I disliked. It met my expectations. This is not a five star, luxury hotel with room service.
