Location and price
Both of our rooms had a very strong and uncomfortle sewage smell.
El desayuno bastante escaso, no hubo variedad en tres días que estuvimos ahí.
El servicio del personal es pésimo, sobre todo en el restaurante, tanto los meseros como la cocinera, la luz se fue toda la mañana y eso nos afecto en muchos aspectos de logistica.

Nuestro hotel de confianza en Guadalajara. Siempre llegamos a este hotel por su excelente servicio y por el excelente desayuno buffet amenizado con piano por el maestro Rigo.
Al parecer algunas habitaciones han sido renovadas reemplazando la alfombra por piso, lo cuál está excelente porque mejora la limpieza.
La ventilación puede mejorar porque al encenderla olía un poco a humedad.

Que lreportamos que no había internet y nunca nos hicieron caso, a mi me urgía realizar algunas cosas de trabajo y nunca pude. Pésimo el servicio de internet estoy muy decepcionada y molesta.
