El hotel, la playa y la alberca están muy limpios siempre. Algunas habitaciones son muy grandes y tienen una vista al mar increíbles. En general el servicio del buffete está muy rica la comida. El hotel tiene sus propias actividades recreativas como una disco y un salón de baile, además del karaoke.
El baño de la habitación tenía un pequeño olor a drenaje. Una de las habitaciones que nos tocó en el último piso era mas pequeña que las otras y la vista no daba realmente al mar. En el buffet de la tarde y la noche ya no había tanta variedad.

Front desk is very confusing at check in, there was no designated lines. Also some of the front desk employees were not friendly. It was only up to when you got to the front that you would find out if you were in the right line.
The Staff at entrance in dinning area not inviting.
Bed room. We found roaches in closet and bathroom one in each and a bug crawling on the bed.

El WiFi en la habitación era malo, la señal nunca llegó (ultima habitación del piso 11) ... podrían mejorar un poco la variedad de los alimentos en los restaurantes...
Que para reservar en los restaurantes la cena es limitado, a una cantidad minima de personas con horario limitado de reserva también.
Location of Hotel is very good and quite close to the market and the bus into Town goes from outside the door. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and there is a very long stretch for walking on. There is a variety of a la carte restaurants which means you are not eating the same food all week. There is a good Starbucks in the lobby and even though you have to pay it is nice option to have. The rooms are of a good size and the sea views are spectacular. All the staff were very friendly - from reception , to restaurants, cleaning and bar staff.
The quality of food was not great and most of the restaurants did not have air conditioning or they did not work with the level of heat from the open kitchens. In August with humidity levels very high this does not make a pleasant experience. The level of english of the staff is very low which is fine but you definitely need to have a level of spoken Spanish. There is no fridges in the rooms or an option to have one stocked. The sun loungers need updating or refurbishment and the amount of them needs to be increased. The queues at the bar are too long during the day. We were a party of 24 and the Hotel cannot or would not cater for us to eat a meal together one night even at an extra cost. This was disappointing - they thought that if we were all in the same restaurant at the same time that was a family meal. The day is very regimented - reservations for the evening are 6pm/7.30 and 9pm and u eat and finish by the 1.5 hrs so u feel like u are in a production line all the time.
