El WiFi en la habitación era malo, la señal nunca llegó (ultima habitación del piso 11) ... podrían mejorar un poco la variedad de los alimentos en los restaurantes...

Que para reservar en los restaurantes la cena es limitado, a una cantidad minima de personas con horario limitado de reserva también.
Location of Hotel is very good and quite close to the market and the bus into Town goes from outside the door. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and there is a very long stretch for walking on. There is a variety of a la carte restaurants which means you are not eating the same food all week. There is a good Starbucks in the lobby and even though you have to pay it is nice option to have. The rooms are of a good size and the sea views are spectacular. All the staff were very friendly - from reception , to restaurants, cleaning and bar staff.
The quality of food was not great and most of the restaurants did not have air conditioning or they did not work with the level of heat from the open kitchens. In August with humidity levels very high this does not make a pleasant experience. The level of english of the staff is very low which is fine but you definitely need to have a level of spoken Spanish. There is no fridges in the rooms or an option to have one stocked. The sun loungers need updating or refurbishment and the amount of them needs to be increased. The queues at the bar are too long during the day. We were a party of 24 and the Hotel cannot or would not cater for us to eat a meal together one night even at an extra cost. This was disappointing - they thought that if we were all in the same restaurant at the same time that was a family meal. The day is very regimented - reservations for the evening are 6pm/7.30 and 9pm and u eat and finish by the 1.5 hrs so u feel like u are in a production line all the time.

El personal es atento y siempre está pendiente de apoyarte y de saber si tu estancia ha sido confortable. Las cenas en los diferentes restaurantes ofrecen, además, una gran variedad. Es, sin duda, un excelente lugar para asistir con niños, ya que cuenta con espacios seguros y cómodos que permiten disfrutar en familia sin preocupaciones.
Uno de los tres elevadores no funcionaba lo que generaba una espera tanto en el arribo a la habitación como en la salida hacia las amenidades, me imagino que sera temporal.
La atención del personal es muy buena, todos muy serviciales y atentos, la cena Italiana que se hizo con previa reservacion muy buena, la alberca muy limpia y los camastros en buen estado
Que permitan el apartado de sillas y camastros y los demás huéspedes se vayan a a divertir y casi la mitad del tiempo están solos y no se puedan ocupar

Rooms are a decent size . The beach is a lovely location and close to shops . The staff are very friendly and nice.
There was not enough loungers at the pool. The food was just okay - the lifts are a nightmare .

No me pudieron extender el horario de la habitación en un late check out. Sin embargo si pudimos estar en las instalaciones y restaurantes
The housemaid was really. commitred to make our stay comfortable. The pool was neat, the waitress are kind and helpfull.
The management staff is not very helpful, the meals are regular, neither tasteful nor assorted, the bullding it's very old needs to be remodel, the elevators they are not useful as they have a low capacity and they are often broken, the pool table needs an urgent maintenance, plus the pool.sticks tips are totally wear out, the pool balls are deformed and wear.out. The specialty restaurants are always crowed so is hard to have a free spot in there.
