Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. Surtout la jeune fille concierge qui s'est très bien occupée de nous. Nous remmercions également le réceptionniste qui nous a permis profiter du all inclusive à midi, avant de récupérer notre chambre.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Todo el personal ofreció un excelente servicio. Los alimentos fueron muy buenos en todos los restaurantes.
La música en la alberca. Pusieron reguetón con letras no apropiadas para niños. Pero después de señalarlo la quitaron.

Que no hay buenos eventos y les falta organización, tambien la calidad de la comida no todo es bueno.
Me gustó la atención del personal todos son muy amables, la comida muy rica, toallas limpias, camastros bien ,están atentos a ver qué nos hace falta los muchachos que atienden las albercas están al pendiente de las bebidas todo bien gracias
La persona que hace la limpieza estaba como molesta yo creo les hace falta personal en esa área porque se veía muy apurada ,los elevadores llenos tuvimos que usar escalera por qué son insuficientes

Los elevadores son muy viejos, una pesadilla poder subir a las habitaciones, para personas mayores es terrible.
