En realidad todo pero la vista que nos toco al mar estuvo genial.
La mala información de Booking al hotel ya que llegamos y nos comentaron que solo eran 2 adultos y un menos y en realidad eran 4 adultos y 2 menores.
Fue un susto, una desesperación y molestia ya que estábamos cansados del vieje y nos salieron con eso.
Hablamos con el gerente, les enseñamos la reserva de Booking y de tanto rogar nos dejaron entrar.
Ahora ya desconfío un poco en la aplicación en una próxima.
Fue muy incomodo.

El servicio de los trabajadores en los restaurantes y de los que trabajan en limpieza y alrededor de la alberca excelente.
La comida altamente recomendable, especialmente la de los 4 restaurantes adicionales .
Lamentablemente el servicio de 2 señoritas que trabajan en recepción dejó mucho que desear
No es posible que aparte de ellas todos los trabajadores den su mejor esfuerzo por lograr que al menos nuestras vacaciones fueran de lo mejor y ellas que son las primeras que deben de dar un buen servicio, no les importe.
Al punto que a mi esposa le colgaron el teléfono, solo porque estaba ocupada una de ellas.
Se por experiencia que no es nada fácil trabajar detrás de un mostrador atendiendo a clientes, pero si uno es amable y además estamos cooperando para pagar su salario, lo menos que debemos de recibir es un buen trato.
Es un gran hotel y estos detalles no deberían de pasar desapercibidos.
Estoy seguro que harán algo al respecto.

La comida,dejan mucho que desear muy poca variedad y desabasto en restaurante de cevichería sirven como si fuera limosna, deberían tener más variedad en comida servir mejor porque barato no es....
El desayuno estuvo: Muy bueno, variado y nutritivo.
El aseo en la recamara estuvo fantástico, muy linda Anel una super recamarera, limpia, amable, creativa y muy servicial. Super limpio.
